When I woke up in the morning, I was very tired. Thinking that a hang out with friends will be a good idea I went to my bathroom for a small little warm bath. Risking my life especially at this moment of llife won't be a good idea, so instead of me going to their house or hanging out with them in public places, I decided to organize a party only for me and my best friends.
I wanted to have some pancakes, so I decided to make some. I googled for the easiest recipe. The recipe said so:

______________________________________ In a large bowl, mix together yolks and sugar, while still whisking, add milk. Carefully fold in whipped egg whites.Add and mix the melted butter and the vanilla.In another large bowl, mix the sieved flour, cocoa powder, and the baking powder.Form a little well in the middle and pour the milk and eggs mixture. Stir until the batter is smooth.Mix in the chopped chocolate. Let the batter sit for 15-20 minutes.To make the ganache, in a small saucepan, heat the heavy cream, without letting it boil.Take off the heat, mix with the chocolate chips until perfectly smooth.Over low to medium heat, pour ¼ cup (60 ml) of pancake batter on a well-oiled pan.When bubbles start to form on the surface of the pancake, flip and cook it for a minute on the other side.When the pancakes are ready, pour the chocolate ganache on top.Garnish with raspberries.Enjoy !

I did as told and made some batter only enough for one pancake , if it turns out tasty, I'll make more. I beautifully decorated it on the plate, it looked quite beautiful. I took a huge bite happily and ended up spitting it out, I guess I added 3 cups of sugar instead of 3 tbsp. There the whole batter went in the dustbin, the bowl went in the sink to get washed and in a new bowl I made some new batter with exactly 3 tbsp of sugar.
I made the pancakes. Finally!!! I made a perfect one, with no extra suga. I made some more for Instagram and posted it.
