BREAKING THE SILENCE: A VSOO STORY

ADMISSION AND SHOPPING

Kim Jisoo paced from side to side in her room. She had always wanted to get into the Seoul Performing Arts school. But the admission was not easy. The aspirants had to pass a test where they had to show their capabilities. Jisoo was sure that she had given her best, but she was nervous. Also, her best friends- Rose, Lisa and Jennie had taken admission in that school. She never wanted to live without her friends.

Then she heard the voice of someone's feet climbing the stairs to get to her room.

"JISOO! YOU DID IT! ",  her mother squealed. Jisoo was surprised and happy. She put her fist in the air and, YESS!

She got admission in Seoul Performing Arts School. She was beyond happy!

"Jisoo, the school is starting tomorrow, so you should do the necessary packing.", her mother adviced.

"I'll do it, Mom!", she said, grinning. The grin was pasted on her face for the whole day. Then she went to shopping with her best friends.

"I'll try this yellow dress!", Lisa said, admiring the yellow dress that was in her hands. 

"I'll accompany you, Lisa! I have to try these pink shirts too!", Jennie ran after Lisa to the trial room, holding dozens of pink shirts in her hands.

Jisoo was selecting dresses for herself, sometimes asking Rose for second opinion as she was not interested much in shopping. Rose's back hurted as she was bending for too long. 

"Jisoo, let's sit somewhere", she called Jisoo softly. 

"But Rose, we are not yet done!", she replied.

"I know... But my back is hurting also, we can eat some ice cream.", Rose said. Jisoo did the I-have-no-problem expression and went along Rose to get ice cream and sit.

Jisoo was licking the ice cream, like a puppy. "Jisoo, we are in the mall!", Rose tried to stop her. 

"But I look cute this way!", Jisoo retorted, lightly. She was indeed cute. Rose had no option. She smiled at her. Suddenly, Rose's eyes fell on some people who were walking together. 

"Jimin!", she exclaimed, softly as if whispering. Jisoo who was licking her ice cream, looked at Rose.

"Who's Jimin?", she asked. "Jimin is my classmate. And I saw him here in the mall.", Rose replied. Rose pointed out to show who Jimin was. "Woah! There are a lot of people with him.", she said.

"Yeah, they are my classmates too.", Rose said. 

"Won't you introduce me their names?", Jisoo asked. "So, the tallest guy is Namjoon and the shortest is Jimin.......", Rose introduced her the names of those guys.

"And who's that?", Jisoo asked, enthusiastically. "We don't talk to him. He is Kim Taehyung.", Rose answered. "And why don't you talk to him?", she asked. "Actually, we don't talk a lot with them. But we try to do. And Taehyung is an exception. We never talk with him. He is always silent and expressionless. But he is a decent performer. That's why we kinda only know him.", Rose explained.
