I opened my eyes and woke up in a silver room. My eyes adjusted to the dim lighting. My hands were against the chair I sat in, ropes cutting against my skin. I tried to move my legs but my ankles were cutting against the ropes. I tried to gather words, but my head was very foggy. Like nothing was there.
"W-Where am I? WHO.. am I?" I ask myself. I noticed that there was a window. I looked at the silver room, and tried to worm my way towards the window. I used my head, and shattered the window easily, catching a piece of glass in my hand and used it to cut myself free, first my wrists. My wrists were bright red and had a deep line in them. I then cut my feet, and vaulted through the broken window. I landed on my feet, shattered glasses behind my feet. "Now.. Where do.. I go?" I asked myself gently, looking at my hands, then the long platinum hallway with torches lit up. I crouched gently, having a feeling I shouldn't of left that room. I walked in a crouched position through the hallway, keeping close to the wall. I knew nothing about myself, or anything about this place so curiosity kept me going. I saw a metal door, the ones you'd usually see in prison and a glossy window right next to the door. I saw a girl, she looked about my age, whatever that was. She had a short curly strawberry colored pixie cut and looked down. She wasn't in a chair instead, punching a bag full of nothing. Scars ran down her back and arms which were pretty muscular but not a lot. I felt some type of connection to her. I banged on the window, and the girl turned around. Her face was bleeding and scarred up but still youthful and pretty. I touched the glass and she just looked at me. She tilted her head and came to the glass, words came out her mouth but no type of audio. I couldn't hear her.
"I'll come back. Whoever you are" I say gently.. hearing the jiggling of keys and the sound of footsteps coming down the hallway towards me. I looked back at the girl and she tried to smile but looked hurt. I think she felt the same as me. Like.. we were connected. I tried climbing up the wall, and after the fifth try, I ran up the wall and stayed on the ceiling, watching the heavily protected guard come. They stopped at the room I was just at, where that girl was. I watched the guard unlock the door slamming it behind him. I stalked downwards, and watched from the window. The guard put food down, and the girl stared at the guard. The guard was yelling and screaming and the girl just stood there. The girl looked at me, then the keys. I nodded. She wants to leave. I understand. I banged on the window, before ducking. I could hear the jingle of keys, coming near me and then I knew the girl striked. I heard the fumble of hands inserting the key into the door. I watched the girl exit the room, and slam the door, trapping the guard inside.
"Who are you?" The girl asked, the curly strawberry hair bang from her pixie cut covering one eye.
"I-I don't know. You?" I ask."Me neither. I've been here for days though. You seem.. like a friend of mine" She started off. She then took my hand and zoomed down the platinum hallway, dodging conversations and guards. We entered a main room, where guards flooded the area. It looked like multiple people came in on a mountain cable car. I shook gently, before seeing an cable car, with a lever. I looked at the girl gently and nodded.
"Look. Pretend to start a fight, and I'll sneak past the guards and get that empty trolley." I say. The girl got up, and punched another girl, and they got into. A large crowd, containing people and guards. I took my chance to sneak past everyone and towards the cable car. I jumped the large gap, and waited to put my foot on the pedal, ready to go. The girl looked at me, taking down the girl she had gotten into a fight with. She ran past the guards, sliding underneath them and jumping above them. She jumped hopefully, onto the mountain air cable car about to miss it when I pulled her up at the last moment. I pulled her inside, and pressed the button, and we slid off into the sky. I sat down, and put my head against the wall. I looked at the girl. She was smiling.
"Great job!" She says gently, hugging me.
"Thanks. You're a great decoy" I smile wickedly.
"You should rest up. I'll keep watch out' She says.
