Later that night while my mom was gone the mail came. I got the mail and saw I had a letter. I quickly opened it. And it read:

Dear Julia,
I never kissed Katt. She kissed me. I don't like her. I like you. Wait. I don't like you. I love you with all my heart. All's I want is you. Not Katt. But you probably still rolling them beautiful eye's of yours. So now I must say my fell wells. By the time you finish this letter I'll be getting ready to jump off the Gettysburg bridge. I always loved you. This is goodbye.
             Sincerely,
              Braden

I dropped the letter then thought this is fake and sat down. Then I got up and run out the door. Mom was just about to walk through the door and I ran out.

"Julia! Where you go???" She shouts.

But I just hop in the car and drive. It's all my fault I thought. Then I was at the bridge. I hopped out the car and ran to him on the empty bridge.

"No don't! Braden!!!" I cried.

He turned around and said," Why? You don't love me."

"Yes I do."

"You do?" He said excitedly.

"Yes!" I say as I walk closer.

"I'm so happy now." He says.

"Get down now!" I demand.

Then he goes to get down and slips. I run over to the edge and see him holding on by one hand.

"Julia! Help me!" He pleads.

"I'm trying." I say as I try to pull him up.

"Julia. I'm sorry. I have to let go. If you keep trying you'll fall too." He says.

"No! I won't let go! Never! And you don't let either!" I says.

"Sorry." He says as he lets go.

And I try to grab his hand again, but can't reach it. I saw him fall all the way down into the water. He never came up. All's I could do was scream Noooooo and look over the edge. Then my mom pulls over beside me and says "Get away from the edge!"

"But Braden fell!" I cry.

"I know. I read the letter." She says.

I just screaming,"Braden!!!!!! Bradenn!!! Nooooo!!!" And hoped his soul heard my cryings before I go to him.
