the 127 DEPARTMENT: taeil, johnny, taeyong, yuta, doyoung, jaehyun, jungwoo, mark, haechan. winwin participates in 127 often times. they handle those who were killed or those who died in an accident and still have many things they want to do in Earth.

the DREAM DEPARTMENT: renjun, jeno, jaemin, chenle, jisung. haechan & mark sometimes participate in dream department too. they are younger fairies who handle happy wishes like, the dead's family's good health & etc. they handle those who suffered in sickness. they can also make the dead see their past or loved ones when they finish their 3 wishes.

the WAYV DEPARTMENT: kun, ten, winwin, lucas, xiaojun, hendery, yangyang. they are fairies who handles the dead's inner grudges, regrets & inner anger towards a living person, because even though they were the kindest, they still can feel anger but just chose not to acknowledge them when they were still alive.
