It had been 2 weeks since Ruel Van Dijk's girlfriend Y/F/N Y/L/N went missing.
She was last seen walking home on Wednesday 23rd March from Selia State High School. (random school name i thought of)
Ruel has not taken it very well. She was his everything. His painkiller if you will. Nobody has seen her. Everyone has been out looking but nothing has been found. Everyone is losing hope but the young boy will never lose hope.
Ruel's POV
"Ruel. Honey, come on you have to eat." My mum said from the other side of my bedroom door. I have locked myself in my room ever since y/n went missing.
"I said i'm not hungry." I relied bluntly.
"Okay honey but if you do get hungry there's tons to eat in the fridge." She said as she walked away from my door.
I was a mess. I had been crying and worrying non stop. I need that girl. I can't express into words or actions how much she means to me.
I decided to take a shower because it was much needed. I stood under the warmish water and tried to think of where she could be.
I couldn't hold in my sobs anymore but I knew y/n would want me to be strong. I got out of the shower and threw on a dark grey hoodie and black sweats. I put on my vans and sneaked out my window.
I needed to find this girl.
Y/n POV
I was weak. I hadn't eaten in days. I was cold. I was wearing some shorts and a white tank top. I didn't know where I was but it wasn't home. He wasn't Ruel.
I had never seen his full face but he was dangerous. I had cuts and bruises all over me. I needed to get out of here or at least show Ruel a sign that I was still alive.
I was trapped in an abandoned house. I was taken on Wednesday the 23rd of March. He wouldn't let me go. I couldn't move. I couldn't scream. I was numb.
The only way I could escape was through the broken window. It was risky but if I ended up escaping it would be worth it.
I decided to wait until night when the man was asleep. Now was that time. I wasn't tied to a chair anymore because he had begun to trust me. I slowly got up making sure that none of the broken wooden floorboards would creak.
I tip toed my way to the window. The cold breeze blowing through. I was almost free. I quietly moved the chair closer to the window and climbed on top of it. I slowly made my way out of the window and softly fell onto the soft grass below.
Run
That was my first thought. I was weak but I could run a little bit. The cold breeze blowing through my hair. I was finally free.
