She knew it had to be a dream, but she had still enjoyed every second of it. The memories came back as Shane thought of her crush, Alexander,'s smell. "Fresh roses," she murmured, sighing. Shane just laid in her bed, thinking about him for a few moments until her little brother barged in. "SHANE! MOM SAYS YOU HAVE TO DO THE DISHES." He yelled, then rushed down the stairs to go back to his Minecraft game. Shane groaned. She hated chores, but she slowly walked to the kitchen. " Dishes are over there. Please wash and dry them. " Shane's mom pointed to the sink. She then started to talk to her mom about the school, and how a Mr. Riley gave way too much homework. After an hour, Shane finished washing all the dishes, happy that the job had been done. A few moments later, a knock sounded at the door. "I'll get it!" Shane shouted, bounding over to the door. She opened the door to find Alexander standing there!" I-Uhm. What are you doing here, Alex? " Shane asked, perplexed. "I'm helping my sister sell chocolates," replied Alexander, holding out a half-empty box of chocolates, " Want some?" "Oh-, Uhm, Sure!" Shane grabbed three bars, handing Alexander the money. " Thanks! " He grinned. Shane just grinned back. "Let-" Alex started to say, but a grandfather alarm clock sounded. Wait- what was that? A grandfather clock? Shane woke up in her own bed. She knew it had to be a dream, but she had still enjoyed every second of it...
