Chapter SEVENTEEN

Hermione's POV

Draco and I were walking back to our quarters. Gryffindor won by a slim 290-280 because Alice had the sense to score a goal while the seekers were chasing the snitch.

We were discussing the match, i mean, Draco was explaining what he thought on the match. He was really adamant that Hufflepuff would win. He really wouldn't accept that Gryffindor had won.

We get to our room and we put on the usual enchantments. Locking charms, imperturbable charms on front door of my room, and silencing charms. We never really bothered to put the charms on Draco's headquarters, because, no one was really there. You see, Draco and I basically live together in my quarters, so he never really uses his.

I face him with a smirk.
"I told you Gryffindor would win"
"Only because Alice had scored while the seekers were chasing the snitch"
"Alright, Malfoy, enough of the match, we rarely get to be alone like this because we're teachers and we have work, so just shut up and kiss me already"
"Gladly" he said with a smirk. He pins me to a wall nearby, has his hand on my back and we have another long snogging session that's bound to last for at least a few hours.

~Meanwhile~

Albus's POV

Me and Lily had extendable ears under the door, but we couldn't hear anything. Lily yanked the ear from under the door in frustration, then she lit up. She took the earpiece for the audio bug and tried to duplicate it. On the fourth try, it worked, and she handed one to me. I put it in and i heard them talking.

"-right, Malfoy, enough of the match, we rarely get to be alone like this because we're teachers and we have work, so just shut up and kiss me already"
"Gladly"

I took the earpiece off and Lily, i couldn't explain how she looked. It was happy and devious at the same time. We stood up quietly and crept out of the room through Draco's entrance. We headed down the corridor when Lily stopped. She gave me all the stuff she had and said, "Well, i think the others won't be in the ROR, and i have some stuff to do, so, you're in charge for a bit," then she walked briskly towards the supposedly empty library. Should I follow her? She never really leaves jobs to anybody because most of the time, she's the boss. I use the map to track her and she really is going to the empty library. I follow her under the cloak. I enter behind and follow her through shelves and-NO! I'VE LOST HER! I use the map and it takes me a while to find her. When i finally found her, i dropped my wand on the floor.

What do you think is Lily doing? And why did Albus drop his wand in shock?
