I slowly opened my eyes. I was lying on the ground, and one of my hands was in a puddle of something warm and wet.

Where... was I...?
Looking around, I didn't recognize my surroundings at all. At least... before I noticed the "wall" circus tent. Then it all came rushing back, and I flew to my feet in a panicked rush.
"Not so fast-!"
That voice caused me to freeze, and I whirled around, looking for where it had come from. Finally, I spotted him -- a shockingly small, blonde boy, covered in bandages. I also noticed the strange harness around his torso, and one of his shoes were missing. "I know you must be confused... we all were, when we were brought here."

I stared at him. He seemed nice enough... but then again, so was the person who brought me here. "Who are you?"
"Oh, uhm- my name's Oli. And... you're Allison, right?"
I nodded slowly. "How do you know?"
"I heard Mikey-chan and Amaya talking about you."
"Mikey-chan?"
"Thaaaaat's me," another voice said. As I turned, I went pale and backed away.
Standing there was the boy with the sewn-together face, the boy who'd given me that cursed pamphlet. "Ah, c'mon. I won't hurt you."
