Chapter 12

The female walked with Demo man to the living room, Scout followed along because his room was in the same area. The whole time it was awkward, though when you look behind it seemed normal. But the feline could sense the tension in the air. Not only that she could hear the mouthing of words. She couldn't make out what the two were saying though. She turned around at the two again and saw that they were both looking away from each other. Lifting a brow the female gave a small smile. She was walking backwards and she cleared his throat.
"Hey guys?" The two looked at her and asked what was wrong.
"I am no expert on stuff, but pretty sure cats can read feelings. They also got pretty good hearing...to make out word mouthing." She said with her cat ears folding back in annoyance. Her tail also swaying a bit in annoyance. The two were surprised and said nothing for awhile until Demo spoke up.
"Aye was tryin' to ask tha' lad if 'e wanted to watch wit us." Demo said nudging the young man. Scout nodded and rolled his eyes.
"I didn' like movies like tha'. Maybe next time kitty." Scout said as he entered his room from the side while smiling at her. Y/N smiled back and waved goodbye. She then turned around again and stopped walking backwards, she was now walking side next to Demo.
"So Demo it's just Heavy, you, and me?" The Scottish man shrugged.
"Tha' others are free to join lass, but they usually are busy." Y/N nodded and went into the living room with Demo following behind.

As they entered Engineer and Heavy were sitting on the couch. While Pyro was on the floor hugging a pillow.
"Heya guys!" The three men turned to her voice and smiled at seeing her. Well, Heavy had a ghost smile and Pyro clapped his hands.
"Aye though ya had work." Demo asked surprised at Engineer. Engie shrugged and stretched a bit.
"Ah finished mah work early, so ah thought ah can have a break." He said smiling at the scott. Demo shrugged and smiled sitting down on the couch.
"Leetle cat want to sig on couch?" Heavy asked trying to be kind. Y/N shook her head and smiled at him.
"It's fine Heavy, I can sit on the floor." She said before sitting on the floor next to a giggling Pyro. The flame lover hugged her tightly and cheered. One of the feline's ears folded down to avoid hitting Pyro's mask.
"Now Payro, don't cling to 'er so much after what happened today." Pyro nodded and let go.
"M mm mmhhm." He said patting the female's head.
"Don't worry Pyro, I trust you so you can hug me." Y/N said while Pyro looked at Engineer hopefully like a begging puppy. Engie chuckled and nodded. Pyro cheered and hugged the feline pulling her into his lap. Heavy laughed along with Demo and Engie.
"Heavy think leetle Pyro like Cat." Heavy said smiling. Pyro nodded and nuzzled into Y/N's head. The female liked the touch and she purred. The three men on the couch stared at her in awe. That was adorable!
"Lass, ya can purr in human form as well?"
Y/N turned towards Demo and nodded. When Pyro started petting again she melted into his touch and purred non stop. The three laughed and soon Medic entered the room.
"Vhat ist all zhis noise?" He asked looking around. The pointed to Y/N and he heard her purrs from her. He immediately pulled out his notebook and wrote something down.
"Anyvay vhat are jou all doing?" He asked curiously.
"We are watching animal movie. Doktor want to join us?" Heavy asked the doctor. The german man shrugged and sat down on a leather chair.
"Sure, ich vill take notes on zhe frau vhen ich see somethink. Also ich need a break I guess." He said looking at the Tv screen.
"Let's start the movie then!" Engie said smiling. Demo pressed a button on the remote and the movie started.

After awhile in the movie Y/N would see Medic from time to time writing in his notebook. She wasn't even doing anything but he made notes...Strange. But that was Medic for her, a strange and fun person to hang around. Just like her! Glancing around the room as well Demo seemed drunk but was enjoying the movie. Wait when did he get drunk? Heavy was watching the movie while secretly smiling and rooting for the dog to find his owner. Engie had a big grin on his face while watching it. Maybe he liked dogs. Pyro was still cuddling you in his lap. It was very enjoyable and let her forget what happened that day. Soon the feline nodded off to sleep and leaned on Pyro's chest. The movie ended soon after and everyone was happy.
"Well ain't that a good endin'." Engineer said looking at the clock.
"Da, Heavy think leetle Cat enjoy too." Everyone then looked at Y/N fast asleep in Pyro's arms.
"Tha' lass is so adorable." Demo said smiling. Medic nodded and put the notebook away.
"Ja, ich also noticed some new things vhile vatching her." Medic said now walking away.
"Ich will skip out on dinner. I have to do work." He said before leaving.
"The lil' sugar cube is all tuckered out." Engie said smiling.
"Who take leetle Cat to room?" Heavy asked looking around. Pyro raised his hand and he gently carried her out of the living room. As they walked down the hall Pyro smiled inside his mask. He doesn't know what you look like without his mask. But he did see a cute kitten asleep in his arms.
