New Rule 🌧

So there are a few issues I have had with OTA payments so the new rule I have for them is that you have 2 weeks to complete the offer from the time I accept it. If the payment isn't complete then the adopt will be reopened. If you have a reason as to why you can't complete the payment within this time, let me know.
