THE BOOK in front of her very two brown eyes had been snatched ━ Estelle's eyes narrowed into slits, looking up to meet the one who dared disturb her. Sirius Black leafed through the book in a matter of seconds, shrugged and tossed it away. Estelle stood up, dusting her robes.

"What the actual hell is your problem, Black? ━ I was reading that!" The boy flipped his shoulder length locks, rolling his eyes. Estelle watched baffled as he didn't even bother pick it up from the ground.

"New suspect, Devereaux ━ no time for stupid books," Estelle opened her mouth to curse him out but Sirius waved his index finger in her face, tutting, "Nu-uh! Less talking, more moving, raven, get your legs moving!" Estelle groaned internally, bending to pick up her book and school bag. The brunette pushed the book inside not bothering to mark the page she remained at.

"What about Rita?" questioned Estelle warily, her jaw muscles tensing. Sirius didn't seem to notice her weird behavior, instead he kept looking forward, winking from time to time in the direction of different girls. "Black!" screamed the Ravenclaw in his ear. Sirius winced, giving her a harsh look, "What about Rita?"

"A black eye later and a few hexes ━ we figured out she isn't lying. Skeeter isn't the Gossip Girl, Devereaux." Estelle acted shocked for a few moments but, deep inside, she was aware that this particular moment would come sooner or later.

"Where are we heading to?" she quizzed breathlessly. Unlike Remus Lupin, Sirius Black didn't bother let her walk first when going through an entrance, he walked swiftly in front of her like a total jerk. Estelle's fists clenched by her sides at the lack of replies. She froze in the middle of the hallway, letting Sirius Black keep walking in the unknown direction.

When the teen figured out he was alone, his head instantly whipped back, heels digging into the floor. His whole smirk fell at the sight of the brunette stomping her right foot on the ground and her arms crossed over her chest. Sirius cracked his neck, keeping his cool and waltzing toward her.

"Why are you acting like such a brat, Devereaux?" he asked calmly though the killer look in his eyes said otherwise. Estelle blinked taken back.

"I asked where are we headed to━"

"What? Afraid I'll lead you to your death?━"

"Afraid I'll catch rabies from you before I die, Black." Sirius' eyes narrowed. He breathed in, counted to ten and replied.

"Devereaux, for the sake of Remus who actually thinks you're bloody important ━ I'll give you one more chance. We can do this the easy way or we can do this the hard way. The choice is yours, raven."

"I'm not going anywhere until you tell me where we're headed to," spoke the girl stubbornly. Sirius looked out in the distance, a smirk dancing over his already stretched out lips.

"Okay━hard way it is, then," and before she could register what happened, the shaggy-haired boy swung her over his shoulder, letting her face make contact with the material of his robes. In another second, Sirius Black kept walking, whistling to himself and completely ignoring her fists bumping onto his back harshly.

"You!━"

"Silencio!" and so were Estelle's curses and insults silenced. Ignoring the bruises left on his back from the scratching and punching, and, of course, the stares from the other students, ━ the walk to the sixth floor corridor had actually been pretty pleasant.

Arriving at the destination, Estelle's feet were set back on ground level. She whacked the boy over the head immediately.

"Broom closet? What the bloody hell are we doing in front of a ━" Estelle patted down her hair with one palm whilst the other kept slapping Sirius' forearm. The boy rolled his eyes, kicking the door open.
