"Time to figure out who you are"

You hesitantly made your way towards Jae who was, up until recently, a figment of your imagination.

You held out your hand.

"Hey, I'm y/n." You said, giving a small, uncomfortable smile.

Then, you were blessed with the purest of smiles as he took held your hand with both hands and nodded his head.

You looked at him confused.

Oh right, he doesn't talk much...

You froze.

Is that why I never heard his voice even in my dreams?

You shook away the weird thought.

"Nice to meet you, I guess." You said, Jae letting go of your hands.

You awkwardly chuckled and sat down next to him.

"Soooooooooo how's it going?" You asked.

He just looked at you and smiled.

"Uh huh.... Nice talk." You said, looking away awkwardly.

"It might be a little hard at first but trust me you're gonna get used to it and understand him sooner than you think." Daniel said.

"Well for now, could you write down or type whatever you wanna say?" You asked Jae.

He excitedly nodded, taking out his phone, handing it over to you.

You saved your number in his phone.

You immediately got a text from Jae.

"I'm absolutely delighted to meet you. I've been anticipating it all night and couldn't sleep- smiley face" You read out and smiled.

Your heart warmed up a bit.

You quickly saved his number.

"So you said you've seen me somewhere before. Where was it may I ask?" You asked, getting right to the point.

Detective Y/n gon get some answer or he gon catch these hands

Your phoned lit up from the text notification.
