Amanda.

She had been feeling nervous around Jung. But why? Ansel had kissed her on Christmas Eve too, and that didn't matter.

Because Jung kissed another girl that night too, Or rather the girl kissed him.

She wiped her forehead. It was January and she was perspiring. How can she hide this all from Jung?

But, Ansel had kissed her first. She didn't.

"Knock. Knock!" She turned her head towards the door.

"Yeah?" She demanded softly.

"Can I come in?" He asked.

"Of course, come on. " She smiled at him and he entered the room.

"There was something I wanted to talk to you about,"

"What is it?" He sat down beside her on her bed.

"Promise you won't mention it to Mom?"

"Of course, I won't!"

Carlos shifted uncomfortably.

"I'll be leaving this year for college, You know...,"

"What do you mean? You're already in college. Are you leaving?"

"Actually yes, I am. A couple of years ago mom wasn't ready for me to move away, And well... then there were things with Maya. But now, I'll be going. And next year... Well, Bella and I'll be together,"

"Oh. My. God!"

"What?"

"I AM SO DAMN HAPPY FOR YOU!" She shouted and hugged him tightly.

"You're gonna chock me," He joked.

They pulled apart.

"I can't even tell you that how disappointed I was when you decided to stay here, Like I mean I was sad that you won't get the whole college experience and all but now... You'll be going to college. Carlos, I'm beyond happy for you!"

"Thanks, sis, I always knew I could count on you,"

"When are you going to break it to Mom?"

"When I'll get my acceptance letter," He shrugged.

"That's just about the right thing to do,"

"Oh yeah, Listen. Ansel was at the door a little while ago, he wanted to talk to you. Just go over his place," With that Carlos stood up.

"Okie Dokie," She looked down at her trembling fingers and shook her head.

What the hell does he want?

Ansel.

He decided to call her. She was being distant. They just kissed so what? He knew that she loved him. He saw it in her eyes.

She picked up on the second bell.

"What?"

"What 'What'?"

"Ansel, What is it?" She demanded.

"Nothing. I just wanted to talk to you,"

"But I don't wanna do that so I'm hanging up now."

"Hey! wait, come on. Can't we like to go for a coffee or something?"

"Oh, let me think,"

"Yeah? We'll grab a coffee. Go to a place where there'd be no one but only us...,"

"I thought about it and the answer is no because I just remembered that you're my boyfriend's annoying little half-brother,"

"Amand-,"

"Hanging up. Bye."

The line went dead and he let out a frustrated groan.

What the hell is he supposed to do now?

Amanda.

She ended the call and dialed Jung's number.

"Hey baby, Can I come over?" She asked.

A couple of hours later, She sat there. His head was on her lap. She ran her fingers absent-mindedly through his hair.

He reached for her hand and squeezed it.

"You okay?" He asked.

She nodded and sat up straight.

"You don't look okay,"

"Just tired I guess,"

"You sure you ok?" He asked.

"God, I love that American accent on your handsome Korean mouth," She drawled and kissed him.

He chuckled and kissed her back.

She felt okay now.

God, she loved him.
