Her Insecurities

Anudeep's POV

She gulped hard gaping me with mixed expressions. Again I held her palm in mine but left looking at her uncomfortable state. Her eyes were confusing me with mixed emotions. Today she faced a lot, I should support her but not worry about my feelings. I straddled to her right side.

"Relax Anu. I just shared my feelings but not to force you. These are just my feelings and your decision is final. You know me right?"

She abruptly stood up nodding negatively. The white bedsheet fell revealing her beautiful form. Her forehead filled with sweat and frowns. My heart ached, looking at her odd behavior.

I stood, "Hey what..." She cut me off.

"Anup, it's getting late my warden won't spare me. Can I please leave?" She pleaded.

"What?" I checked the time in my Piraso Analogue black watch, it's already 10 P.M. I can't make her stay all night but her behavior was confusing and scaring me. I didn't like the way she is pushing me like a stranger.

'Just give her space and time. Everything will set right.'

"Sure, I'll drop you,"

"No... No Anup," she screamed scaring me. "... I mean, don't stress yourself,"

"Hey, nothing like that Melody,"

"Anup, please," she begged me with pleading eyes. I heaved a sigh giving up to her plea.

"Okay, but the driver will drop you. No more discussions," I declared in my warning tone.

She giggled, "You're unnecessarily worrying Anup, there is no harm to me. Who wants to touch a plumpish woman like me?" She blabbed casually.

My blood boiled and I fisted hard. I released my fist, gulping hard. I can't blame her thoughts. It's so true of her low thinking in the fat stage of life. Our thought process consumed with a kind of negligence. I cupped her cheeks, caressing her soft cheeks with my thumb. She didn't budge, looking into my eyes.

"Maybe, but you must be careful right?" I caressed her cheeks. Her breath is fanning on my skin. Her beautiful round eyes, adoring me with love. I was lost in her beautiful eyes.

I placed my lips on hers, immediately she sucked my lower lip making me suck her upper lip. She tastes like the Chocolate Fudge Brownie. Clutching my shirt, she leaned onto me, I fondled her nape sucking her upper lips. The chill breeze made us snuggle to each other.

Suddenly, she pushed me, breathing hard. I blinked, coming back to reality.

'Damn, what the hell is wrong with me today? How can I lose my senses like this?'

"I'm sorry, Cutie. It's... It's not inten..." She cut me off.

"Relax Anup. Even I'm..." She trailed off looking here and there. I should stop pulling things.

"Okay, let's go," I said, she walked silently. I followed her scared of my freaking behavior.

"Your leg..." I trailed off.

She gave an assuring smile and took her clutch from the sofa. She gave me a gift with a smile. I mentally thanked all God's in the world, opening the gift curiously.

"Wow," it's a gold colour guitar keychain with stones embedded A letter on it. Perfect for my bike keys. She was adoring me, I just want to cuddle and kiss her.
