I am finally here in Mystic falls away from the supernatural in Beacon Hills, and I can't say I will miss it.
Elena's POV
I heard a knock at the door and opened it.
As I expected there stood my cousin, hey Elena.
Hey I can't believe you are here I mean you called but it is still hard to believe.
I know sorry I didn't come sooner Its just I had a lot going on.
Yeah I heard I am sorry to hear about that.
Thank you I appreciate it you know, Brooke says offering a smile which I gladly return.
I was sorry to hear about your parents Elena, I am sorry I didn't make the funeral.
"Oh it's alright, I know you had a lot going on yourself.
So how are Caroline and Bon Bon, she says.
"Oh they are great all though they really did miss you and your sarcasm".
Ha I figured so hows Jermey holding up, last time I talked to him he sounded high.
"Ugh don't even get me started on that I mean he is not even the same person he used to be" I said sadly.
Yeah but that will hopefully change know that I am here, she said with a smile.
"Yeah I hope so well we better get you settled in so we can go meet our friend sat the grill.
Yeah your totally right.
Aren't I always, I say smirking.
Few hours later
Brookes POV
Me and Elena enter the grill and soon enough I am in a tight hug with Caroline.
It has been to long from since the last time I saw you,she says.
"I know Care I missed you too, any boyfriends? "
"No hopefully this year there will be some. Caroline says day dreaming."
Uh forgetting anyone? Bonnie says walking up to me with a smile.
" Bonnie"You have no clue how much I have missed you and you advice." I hug her.
"Totally Understandable, I would miss me too."Bonnie says shrugging.
In which I laugh in return
then my phone beeps, telling me I got a text.
Lydia❤️-Hows it going, are you settling in well.
Brooke 🤪❤️-Yes actually I am meeting with some old friends right now.
Lydia-That's good, I miss you and Kira and Malia are telling me to say hi
Brooke-I miss you too, haha tell them hi
Lydia-they got your message
Brooke- that's good well I gtg talk to you later love you guys
Lydia-We love you too bye
Earth to Brooke hello, Caroline says.
"Oh sorry what were you saying ?"
Well I was saying that we are totally going shopping tomorrow for back to school clothes.
"Fine by me".
"Who was that"Bonnie says
Oh Lydia she's one of my best friends in Beacon hills, she is the one Stiles has had a crush on since 5th grade.
"Huh I think I remember you telling that before."Elena says trying to recall the time when I told her that.
Well well well if it isn't Brooke McCall, Tyler who is like a second brother says to me.
Tyler Lockwood I say acting like he is not a old friend.
Soon enough we both drop the the intimidating facing and start hugging each other while laughing.
"Well I knew you missed me but not that much."
I playfully hit in in the arm, "of course I did you are like a brother to me!"
Hey Brooke, Matt who is Elena's ex says.
"Hey Matt how's it going."
"Uh normal same old same old ya know."
" Okay so are we just going to stand here or are we going to actually going to get some food" Bonnie says trying to act annoyed with us.
After we order and get food
So are you going to be on the cheer squad with us this year ?
Like usual before I even got a chance to answer Caroline, Tyler did.
Of course she is I mean who wouldn't want to cheer me on!
"Yes I will be on the Cheer squad, we really did not have one back in Beacon Hills, but I did cheer on the bleachers with some close friends"I say having some flashbacks of Lydia and Allison.
Well guys as much as me and Brooke would love to stay we need to get back home to unpack some more of Brookes clothes, plus we need to get to bed early if we are going to go shopping. Elena says getting her stuff, me soon following her actions.
Yeah if I don't go to bed early I won't be happy waking up, we will meet you girls here tomorrow 10 AM. I say following Elena out of the Grill
So that was awkward , I said putting my hands into my pockets.
Yeah sorry about that me and Matt have not really talked since you know, Elena said scuffing her shoes on the ground.
Oh yeah I totally get that saying as my ex's brother and their Uncle were close to me and my brother so even after me and my ex broke up I saw them, I said grimacing .
Ouch Brooke that really sucks
Yeah tell me about it.
So wanna get home, I have some ice cream and supernatural on my Netflix list, Elena says smirking knowing that she had won me over.
Wouldn't have it any other way I say wrapping my arm around her shoulder.
Laughing we get in the car and go home.
Lets just say I don't regret moving here, finally for the first time in a long time I am at peace and I'm happy.
