Part 18 - The talk

Chase pov: Avani is right! I deserve an explanation and she deserves a chance to explain. I get up and stand by my door and start going towards avani's room when I see her leaving. I slowly open the door and there i see her wrapped up in a blanket towards the very corner of the bed, her back towards me, tiny sobs still coming from her mouth. Oh my poor angel<3

Charli pov: avani goes down to grab soem food. I am still laying her sobbing quietly when i hear the door open. How is she so back early? She practically just left. " how are u back so early?" I question not tilting my head. " its me char" he says and I don't know if I still want to cry or be happy for just go hug him. I get up startled a bit. "Hi!" I manage "hey" he syas sitting on the corner of the bed. " you okay?" he asks "idk" i reply, "you certainly dont look so good" he says looking at me " oh don't u dare judge me rn okay" I say letting out a little laugh of relief.

Chase pov: she cracks a light joke to ease the mood. She still looks beautiful, even in her smudged out mascarra and messy hair. "I wanted to hear ur side of the story" I say getting a bit serious "I am glad u want to now" she replies giving a small smile

Charli pov: He asks me to tell my side of the story so I do. I tell him all about steven's little dare and how I didn't want to do it at first. I tell him about how i just pecked his cheek but HE was the one who leaned in for more. I explained him about how i pulled away immediately and got furious at him and how I understood his and his friends little trick. He listens patiently , nodding a bit in between to encourage me to go on and tell him about it all. I finally finish with "I never meant to hurt u, ur the best thing that happened to me. I would never in my dreams would betray you" and he smiles and hugs me. Its now his time to talk. He tells me about how betrayed he felt and how he should have heard me out beforehand. He thought he wasnt good enough for me and just wanted me to be happy. I start crying again.... " Chase I love you, dont let anyone tell you or show you otherwise okay" he starts tearing up a bit too " okay" and we sit there in each others arms for a long long time.

Chase pov: I text Avani and tell her everything's good now and ask her to not tell anyone about it and tell anthony also to keep the nights circumstances to himself. She says she is very happy for us and that she knew everything would be okay if we just talked it through.Me and charli spend the day together making titkoks and cuddling as usual. I am glad to have her back with me and everything is normal now. We cuddle for some more time and I just think about the fact that because Charli exists it's like I have a purpose and I am glad I didnt loose it cause I don't know what I would do without it, without her......

update on real life chacha: charli's back from Connecticut with her bff Gemma (ikr so lucky) and they have been thriving. Charli reposts Chase's new posts on her story when he posts and chase does it too but not so frequently. Charli confirmed in a Hollywood fix interview that her and Chase are friends again and everything's good with Nessa too... so yea<3 have a great day
