Chapter 2

After about 20 minutes of looking out the bus window, not a care in the world, Alex started to poke my shoulder to get my attention. We were at school, already.

" You need to stop zoning out like that Jazz, you scare me sometimes with that."

"Sorry Alex, I don't even know I'm doing it most of the time." * Jasmine says with a bit of playfulness in her voice* *Alex laughs*

"Let's get going before the bus leaves with us still in it" Jasmine and lex get out of the bus and walk towards the school, Jasmine examines the school yard, nothings changed, still the same old tulips in the garden

to the left side of the school. The school had a basketball court in the front, that's where she first met Alex. *Flashback*

Jasmine was standing in the court holding a basketball, as she was about to attempt to get it in the hoop, she was stopped by a young stranger. She annolized him, He's had sparkling blue eyes, and black ish hair, it had as bit of brown mixed

into it. On his face he had six freckles along his nose. He was smiling only to reveal two dimples, one on each cheek.

" Hi, I'm Alexander, I'm new around here, do you mind showing me around?"

Jasmine studderd her words. " H-Hi, im Jasmine, Sure, it shouldn't take too long. she said with a caring smile across her face.

END OF FLASHBACK

She walks behind Alex as they enter the school. Alex turns to Jazz and hugs her before he goes to his locker, Jazz and Alex only had a fourth period together, and their lockers were on different sides of the school.

Jasmine started walking to her locker, she started seeing black dots everywhere she looked, she was losing her balance, and then all went black.

JAZZ POV:

I was walking through a park, but it wasn't like the normal everyday park, all the trees were pitch black, so was every blade of grass in the fields. The sky was red, almost like the sky during a Blood moon,

It was beautiful. I keep walking and as I'm walking closer, I see a horned figure walking my direction. as I got closer I started seeing a red light coming from her chest, her face becoming more apparent.

She was breathtaking, her eyes were a grass green, they almost lit up. The lady stopped in front of my path, she looked me in the eyes and then I woke up inside the nurses office, It was a dream,

I sat up to look at my surroundings, in front of me was a pale boy with honey colored eyes. He had dirty blonde hair that shined perfectly with the light. He was tall, you could tell even when he was sitting down. I've seen him around, but we never spoke, not even eye contact. I sat on the bed in silence, we just looked at each other, no words, he looked worried.
