Ethan

All the numbers and paperwork of the day seemed to be droning on. I was at work worrying about other people’s lives when all I wanted to do was go home, get the twins, and play baseball. Maybe with Jordan as the catcher. Maybe I should buy her a pair of tight baseball pants.

My intercom buzzed and snapped out of my thoughts, which was good because I was just about to get stiff thinking about Jordan in tight pants and nothing else. “Mr. Coleman.”“Yes, Mark?” I responded to my assistant.“There’s a visitor here to see you,” he announced.I took a quick glance at my calendar, but I had no meeting scheduled for the day. “Who is it?” I asked.

“She said her name is Jordan Kent?” he responded.

I sat straight up in my chair. It was as if she’d heard my thoughts. “For future reference, Mark, Jordan is always, always allowed in with no hesitation.”

“Yes sir,” Mark replied. “I’ll send her up.”

I creased my suit and made sure that everything looked as it should and a few seconds later, there was a knock at the door.

“Come in,” I called out.

Jordan’s head pierced the door frame as she opened the door to let herself into the office. She was wearing a knee-length skirt, and a button-up. “Hey.”

“Hello beautiful,” Ethan greeted. “How are you?”

“I’m good. I have a little while before I have to go and get the kids. Have you eaten yet?” she asked.

She gave me a feeling I hadn’t had in a really long time. It had been since before my ex since someone had looked out for me. I’d been doing all of the ‘taking care of’ for the past six years, worrying about the boys and making sure they were good to go. Looking at Jordan staring at me with her head knocked to the side, waiting for my answer, it was clear she had me even more wrapped around her finger than I thought at first.

“I have not,” I replied.

Jordan scoffed. “Well, I would lecture you, but I really want to have lunch with you, so I suppose I’ll let it slide.” She giggled. “Can you escape for a bit?”

I stood up without hesitation. “Of course I can.” I walked up to her and stopped just before I got to her. She closed the distance between us and gave me a kiss, leaving a smile in the wake. “Well, that was lovely.”

She nodded. “Yes it was. Ready?”

“After you,” I responded, motioning forward.

After telling me she’d taken an Uber to get to my downtown office, we took my car to a family-style diner that I enjoyed that wasn’t too far away. We each ordered club sandwiches and coffee and settled in for a nice lunch date.

“I spoke to Harrison about the arrangement,” Jordan started after we’d gotten our food. “I told him that I’m into it.”

“Is that right?” I said, my dick already receiving jolts of excitement.

She nodded. “It is. Needless to say, he didn’t wait too long to put the new plan into action.”

“I bet he didn’t,” I replied, and I couldn’t blame him. That any of us, Cade excluded, had resisted her at all was a full-fledged miracle. “I’d like to not wait much longer myself.” Just as I was finishing the statement, I felt a soft, warm feeling on my leg. Jordan had freed one of her feet from its shoe and was sticking her toes up my pant leg. “It would appear as though you don’t want to either.”
