The next day you and Kennma sat at the benches again.

"I'm almost done with the game, if you'd like I can let you borrow it."

" Yeah! That would be great! What part are you up to now?"

" the final boss."

" After school then? I can pick the game up after my study session."

" I'll be at the school gym."

The school's warning bell rung. 

"Sounds like a plan, see you then Kennma -kun."  You said as you got up from the bench and flatten the back of your skirt.

Kuro eyed you from behind as you walked away walking up to speaking with Kennma.

"So, you have a girlfriend?"

"No, we just happen to like the same game."

"You like her."

" don't."

" do."

"Shes a classmate that is helping me with a game."

"Sure she is..."

Kuroo  grinned at his childhood friend.

Kennma rolled his eyes and continued walking towards his next class.

About two hours before sunset you started to pack up your study supplies and started to make your way towards the back of the school to the VBC gym.

Until you crossed paths with a fellow classmate holding papers and supplies for a meeting. You held your breath hoping this particular classmate that was Vice President of Student Council wouldn't try to recruit you again like he did during classroom clean up.

"LN- san, I didn't know you were still here."

"Good evening, VP-san, I just finished studying at the library."  You said as you walked out the building into the hall leading into the gym.

He followed you.

"You are very studious YN-san, we could use someone like you on student council."

"I'm flattered VP-san, but I'm not interested in joining."  Thinking of the personal time you'd sacrifice to be involved with student council.

Nevertheless you're disinterested body language and statement did not not registering with him and he continued talking.

"We need someone who is dedicated, takes pride in their work and overall a good role model for her fellow students."

"You're kind that you think of me as dedicated, but I have other responsibilities like studying and home-"

He cuts you off.

"YN-san. I must insist you try us out, I really think you would be perfect."

You started to get annoyed and your face showed it .

Why couldn't he just take 'no' for answer?

Luckily for you, the gym door was open and Kennma and Kuroo overheard everything during their water break.

" VP-san, looks very adamant on her joining student council." 

Kuroo observed your annoyed facial expression and much to his surprise he called out to you.
