This is what Carter looked like as a kid. When Carter was younger his tail was smaller and so where his halo and horns, Carter's wings are a bit bigger because he didn't know how to change their size while he was young so he just let them be until he learn how to change his wings size. His wings are small when he's older because he doesn't want them in the way.
