Who's at Sata's apartment??

Hello! This scene is from Wolf Girl and Black Prince so if you have not seen it then I suggest you go watch it to understand what is happening. I have not read the manga so this will be all from my imagination! I have zero clue on who/why the girl was at Sata's apt. Also, thank you to hannamcclaughin for suggesting this scene! 

~This scene is from episode 3 of the Wolf Girl and Black Prince anime, and will contain spoilers (no duh)~

Third Person POV: 

Takeru was waiting for his cousin outside of her school. "Jeez, where is she? They were dismissed 15 minutes ago!" said Takeru. His cousin,  Masami Ahane, and her family were staying over with Takeru's family for a week. Their parents were catching up with each other and told Takeru to pick her up. "'Takeru go, Takeru please, Takeru help your Oba-san out' is all they say." sighed Takeru. Up ahead, Masami was walking toward Takeru with a group of friends. Takeru saw them and called to her. "OI MASAMI! GET OVER HERE!" Started, Masami quickly said goodbye to her friends and went to Takeru. "Hibiya? What are you doing here?" asked Masami. "Oba-san told me to come get you. Anyways, she told me that you had a pretest for your exam. Can you show me it?" Masami was in her last year of junior high and was going to take her final exams soon. "Uh..." stammered Masami. Takeru knew she probably got a bad grade judging by her face and how she was hiding papers behind her back. He quickly snatched them out of her hand and saw her score. "40/100?!" he said shocked. "You didn't pass?!" "I- I forgot to study because I was texting with my friends." she said quietly. Takeru sighed and dialed up his phone. "What are you doing? ARE YOU GOING TO CALL OKA-SAN?!" cried Masami. "No, I'm calling Kyouya! He's a good teacher and helped me study, and I know Oba-san will kill you if you fail your exams." Takeru explained. "KYOUYA?!" beamed Masami.

Sata POV:

"I have nothing to do. Should I tell Poochie to come out with me? No, she'll think I have feelings for her, and I don't want to deal with that." thought Sata. Bzzt, bzzt, bzzt, bzzt. "Ugh, what's that noise." groaned Sata. He walked over to his phone and picked it up. "Takeru? What does he want now..." Sata picked up the phone and answered. "What." "Hey, Kyouya! I have a favor to ask." "No." "Oh come on, I'll even give you 1,000 yen!" "Fine, what is it?" "Can you tutor Masami for an hour? Her final exams are coming up and you're a really good teacher." "Ahane-san? No way. She has a massive crush on me! It's gonna be a pain to deal with her." "2,000 yen." "...Fine." "Great! She said she has plans with her friends for a bit, so she'll be there at 7!" "Ok, bye." Sata hung up the phone and sighed. "Ahane-san is too much, but I want the 2,000 yen..." 

~Time skip to 7:00 p.m~

Third Person POV: 

Knock, knock, knock. "Ugh, she's here." said Sata. He got up and opened the door. "KYOUYA!" she cried while leaping into his arms. He stepped back and she fell on the floor. "Haha, sorry, it was survival instinct..." said Sata. They went inside and set everything up. "What do you need help on?" asked Sata. "Everything~" giggled Masami. "Haha, tell me the truth." Sata said while gritting his teeth. "Okayyy, I need help on history and math." exhaled Masami. They worked on the two subjects for a while, all while Masami flirted with him. "Hey, Kyouya~" said Masami. "Hmm?" "Do you have a girlfriend?" asked Masami with puppy eyes. Sata stared at her while she was inching closer. He scooted to the side and said "Yeah, I do. Anyways-" "WHAT?!" shrieked Masami. "Ugh, she so loud." muttered Sata under his breath. "WHO IS IT?! I BET I'M PRETTIER THAN HER! I CAN TREAT YOU BETTER!" ranted Masami. "Ahane-san can we get back to studying?" said Sata through a fake smile. "NO. NO. NO." "I'll let you take a picture with me if you stop whining." said Sata. "REALLY?! OKAY!!" "Typical." muttered Sata. They finished up their studying and Masami was getting ready to leave. Sata and Masami took a picture together, and Sata pushed her out. "Thank you so much Kyouya-senpai~" winked Masami. "Haha, no problem." "Don't ever come back again..." Sata whispered. Before she opened the door, the doorbell rang. "It's probably a girl." said Sata. Masami opened the door and confirmed his answer. "Who is it?" asked Sata as he was walking towards the door.
