Chapter 4

Renjun is at home writing.
Until a phone call came in, he looked at the callers I.D. 'Nana♡'. He answered the phone.

"Injunnie~ I heard that the music club will have a festival next Wednesday, are you gonna perform?"
Jaemin asked.

"All of us will perform. Haechan's gonna start the festival and I'll end it."
Renjun answered.

"Really?! Me and Heather will surely watch it." Jaemin said cheerfully.

"You guys sound like you're dating already." Renjun said hoping it wasn't true.

"Not yet, Renjun. Maybe I'll ask her to be my girlfriend after the festival?" Jaemin said.

'Please don't do this to me...'

"Good luck then."

"By the way, are you gonna make your own song?" Jaemin asked.

"Yep." Renjun said.

"Cool what's it called?"

"That's a secret."

"Oh come on~~
Tell me~."
Jaemin whined through the phone.

"You're such a big baby. No. It's a surprise so wait until then." Renjun laughed as he heard Jaemin whine again.

"Hey Renjun! Let's go get ice cream!"
Jaemin shouted.

Renjun woke up, annoyed by the sound, but soon smiled as he heard it was Jaemin.

"Go get it yourself, you baby!"
Renjun shouted back, Jaemin was at the front door knocking and shouting loudly.

"Come on! You've been sleeping all day, and I got something to tell you!"

"Fine! I'm coming!"

"So what do you want to tell me?" Renjun asked as he took a lick from his ice cream, they were out in the playground, swinging on the swings.

"Oh yeah, I almost forgot."

"I gave Heather my sweater."
Jaemin said as he looked at Renjun and he saw Renjun froze in his place.

"Renjun?"

"Come on it's just polyester."
Jaemin said as he stood up.

"You've been acting weird lately, come on just tell me." Jaemin said, walking towards Renjun.

"It's nothing, I've been staying up late since I'm working on the song."
Renjun lied. Jaemin believed.

"Oh yeah, how's it going?" Jaemin asked.

"Pretty good." Renjun Replied as he stood up.

"Is it about me?"

"Yeah."
