Katsuki Bakugou has been in the cglre community since the kidnapping. The event took a toll on his mental health and forced his brain into age regression. He dosen't like it one bit, but he doesn't have a choice in the matter. He can be anywhere from 2 to 5 depending on his mood.
Shoto Todoroki has been regressing since the entrance exam. His father's actions made him grow up to fast making him regress involuntarily (just like Katsuki). He is also very insecure about what he does especially when he is infant age mentally. His regression age is 0-3.
Denki Kaminari has been regressing for only 3 months. He used his quirk to much for his body to handle and now because of his quirk short circuiting he can mentally be anywhere from 3 to 7.
Izuku Midoria is a switch and has been a regresser since middle school. Katsuki's bullying got to be so much he was looking up ways to cope and found cglre and it has help him since. He can be 2 to 4 mentally. He also loved taking care of littles and has taken care of many over the years even thought he only babysat them.
Shinso and Kirishima are carers Shinso has known since he first came to UA but has only babysat regressers
And Kiri well he hasn't found out yet.
