(Ava and Ryder's Room)

Ava: I'm really confused with what's happening here.

Ryder: Same. I think we should leave.

Ava: We can't just leave, Ryder. We were dropped off here.

Ryder: Sure we can. Just catch a cab.

Ava: The city is 4 hours away.

Ryder: Why can't we just live out here?

Ava: *confused* What? Us?

Ryder: *grabs her hand* Yeah, us. I'm tired of life. I wanna begin the next chapter.

Ava: Aren't you moving to Ohio?

Ryder: I mean, yeah, but It's just with my uncle until I can find a place. Forget that. Let's live out here, in the country. Together. *leans in for a kiss*

Ava: *kisses back, hears a click* What was that?

Ryder: I'm not sure.. I'll go ask Nik. *leaves*

Nik: What do you want?

Ryder: What was that noise?

Nik: Dunno.

Damon: I'm not sure. Should we investigate?

Nik: *turns to Damon* When did you get here, creep?

Damon: Let's go.

(The living room)

Nik: So... Anything Damon? I don't have all day.

Damon: It's been two hours since Vivianne went missing. One since Xaiver went missing.

Nik: And? Anything?

Damon: Nope. We could check in the basement, but we need a code.

Ava: Well we need to code. We have to go check down there.

Ryder: What about that servant, Red was his name, right?

Ava: He is a girl. And yes, I think she has to know something.

*Red walks in. She has cuts on her face, and a bulging black eye.*

Red: Are you trying to get your friends?

Nik: Uh, yeah. Not mine. I could care less about them.

Red: Uh, which one of you is Bailey?

Nik: Oh that whore?

Ava: Nik!

Nik: Shes in the kitchen. *under his breath* Such a fatass*

Ava: Hey, don't say that about her! She's so nice!

Nik: She cheated on me with a fucking serial killer, Ava, if you remember. Please, she's upstairs. Do whatever you want to her.

Red: I wouldn't normally want to do this, but if I don't, he'll be mad.

Ryder: Who'll be mad?

Red: I have to go. *runs off*

Damon: Wait, Red! Great, our one shot at figuring out what's going on is gone.

Ava: Nik scared him away.

Nik: What? I didn't- *a loud scream can be heard from upstairs*

Ryder: That was probably Bailey.

Damon: Ok, I have a plan. Get Brynn down here. And Caleb.

Ava: I will. Be back. *Runs upstairs*

Nik: So, vampire boy, what's your plan?

Damon: Red is obviously being beaten. So I wouldn't be surprised if Bailey, Vivianne, and Xaiver are all too.

Ryder: God, I hope not.

Damon: Same, but it's probably what's happening right now. They are probably in the basement, so let's stomp as loud as we can.

Ava: *runs back down with just Brynn* Back.

Brynn: Is Bailey ok?

Damon: Isn't she your roommate?

Brynn: Yeah, but Red said she had to go with her. She went and then I heard her scream. I didn't wanna do anything.

Ava: We couldn't find Caleb.

Ryder: Then Caleb is probably down there too. Do you know where we could find him?

Damon: I wouldn't be surprised if he was looking for her right now.

Nik: Those two make me sick.

Brynn: God, I really hope nothing happened to Bailey.

Ryder: Same, Bailey was really nice.

Ava: *gives him the side eye*

Nik: She was not nice, she just a stupid girl that is fake. Plus, Ava, why do you care about what Ryder thinks?

Ava: What? I don't. Who said that?

Nik: Don't act all innocent. We all know about you two hooking up. Would be a shame if Brad found out.

Damon: Stop talking, Nikolas!

Nik: Gee, vampire boy. I'm only shutting up so you don't transform me into one.

Damon: Ok, so, we are going find that paper.

Harold: What paper?

Damon: Uh- My homework paper. What else would we talking about?

Harold: Hm... alright. I'll be running to the store real quick. *leaves*

Damon: Alright, we have the house to ourselves. Everyone, look.

Ava: Ryder, come with me.

Nik: Of course.

Bailey: Ow, my head.... Where am I?

Red: You are awake? Good.

Bailey: Red? Aren't you the servant?

Red: Yeah. You are Bailey?

Bailey: Why does my head hurt? Is Nik here?

Vivianne: I can here them yelling. Nik has anger issues.

Bailey: Of course.

Vivianne: Did you really cheat on him?

Bailey: Yes, but Miguel was so in love with me. If you were dating someone else and then Caleb came into your life, wouldn't you?

Vivianne: I guess...

Xaiver: Hey Bailey. I feel like that situation is similar to Ryder and Ava.

Bailey: He really loves her. I love Nik. What I did was a mistake.

Red: Guys, Harolds gone. He's gone.

Xaiver: Nice, let's leave!

Red: You can't...

Vivianne: What do you mean? Why not?

Red: There's a curse. They need to find the paper... I'll be back.

Bailey: Red!

Red: Yes master?
