Just a minute Tay yells as she's walking down the stairs to answer the door. She opens the door and see's this absolutely gourges auburn red messy curly hair, about 6 foot male. Tay introduced herself to him....
"hello my name is Taylor" she say to him.
He smiles and then introduced him self..
" Hello I am Michael, I'm your new neighbor. Just moved here from Michigan."
Tay's P.O.V
I'm just in awh this guys a dream. I try not to drool. I ask Michael if he would like to stay for lunch, as I just made homemade Mac n cheese. Michael agrees.." Omg this is amazing Mac n cheese. " Michael says to me, I blush a bit. But he smiles back at me.
I ask him what part of Michigan he was from, as I was also from there as well. Michael tells me he's from Allegan I almost spit out my food, I was living in a town only 30min from his and we never had ever met, wow its a small world.
Michaels P.O.V
I can't believe this that Taylor lived 30 min from where I used to live, and we never met. So I ask her how long she's been in Santa Carla, she tells me she's been here for about 6 months. I ask her if she knows of any Casinos in the area that need night shift workers.
Tay tells me..
" Yeah, I know of 2. One is about 10 miles away and the other is 15 miles. The 10 miles away one is Silver Star Casino and Resort, and the other is Great Wolf Casino."

"Michael would you like to go down to the board walk with me this evening?"

"Sure that be something fun. I was sorta planning to do that any ways this evening."

Tays P.O.V
Man he's cute. I think to my self. So Michael heads back over to his house, but says " I'll come and pick you up if that's alright at 7pm." I look over at him and knod yes.
After he left I head upstairs and hop into the shower. After my shower I put on my clothes, and shoe's. Then head back down stairs. I look at the clock and realized it was 6:45pm he should be over soon. So I walk out to the garage which I don't use for my truck, I use for my kennel of Australian Shepherds. And it was feeding time, so I let everyone out In to there own kennel runs to pee. As there out side I grab all their buckets and put there kibble in them. They each get a cup and a half n some wet food with hot water to make doggy gravey to mix into there kibbles, their all spoiled.
So I start letting them back in one at a time into there inside kennel runs to eat. First I let in Summer my veteran, then I let in Louise, Todd and Krueger. They all wolf down there food.
I look up at the clock and it says 7 o'clock. I look out the garage door window, and I see Michael pull up in his blue impreza Subaru wrx hatchback. So I walk out turn the a/c off in the garage as it was in the 50s now. So the dogs will be fine. And lock up.
I grab a hoodie and walk out to his car. And hop in.
Michaels P.O.V
As I pull up her driveway I hear her dogs barking in her garage. She must be feeding them.
Should I tell her that this is a "date" or not, oh what the hell why not she's cute and should I let her know that I'm not like other guys.
The dogs stop barking, and I see her walk out of the house with her black n red hoodie. I unlock the car door and she gets in.
" Hey Taylor can I ask you something? "
She turns her head and say's...."What is it Michael?"
I admitted that this was a date, to her. I turned bright red. " haha I knew it, awesome!! " she says...I smile at her and off we go to the boardwalk.
I reach over and turned on the Radio and the song...people are strange by the doors comes on. "I love this song" tay says. As we reach the boardwalk I find a place to park. I put the car in park and we both get out of the vehicle.
