To explain the animals they just were being nice. They thought she was sick because of how pal her skin was. They cleaned before she could get up so she could rest. To tell the truth Snow White when she found out that the animals thought she was sick she said that when she sings she feels better and she sang not good not bad but awful. The animals pretended to like it.
