Eri woke up to the sound of rain.
She put the comforter over her head as it got louder. She woke up to another day without big bro deku.
She was frustrated that he left so suddenly, because mama midoriya wasnt really the most exciting person and dad wicks was too worried of making her cry shes 11, sure she got tired easily but thats just because of poor physical health. She had to wear a helmet to play football.
She sighed.
She wanted to get up, but she was so comfortable, listening to the pitter patter on the roof and the window.
She wanted it to be like this for a little more.
She turned to the right side, and watched the rain droplets slide down the window glass. A crackle could be heard.
The sky lights up as sharp lines of light, erupt from within clouds. The sliver lining seen clearly.
Eri decided to get up, she rolled over and fell to the floor, she then prone crawled her way to the dressing table before getting up.
She sighed heavily. She attached a hair pin with a kitty paw and checked the time.
It was 5 am. She went to sleep early last night because there was nothing to do ,really.
She clumsily walked to the kitchen to get a glass of water.
She tried to grab one of the cup only to have tunnel vision and misread the distance and knocking it off the table,
her heart stopped as she watched it fall and shattered into a million different pieces.
She jumped at the high pitch crash, she stared at the millions of pieces on the floor. Scared that the midoriyas might yell at her.
She quickly kneeled trying to pick them up, she tried to be fast but she kept getting cut, she yelped.
In her shock, eri didn't think properly, in her panic Eri tried to hold the shards in her hand, which eventually pricked her palms making her drop it and leading to even more shard and noises.
She hoped that inko and wick were still asleep.
She could hear her own heartbeat as she listened to the quiet room, anxiously dreading the sound of muffled footsteps. But it never came.
She waited a minute before she spun to the fallen shards.
Her hand was bleeding, the drops of red blood, made her even more scared. She tried to wipe it only to smudge the floor in red."No" she whispered." No,no,no,no,no.!"
Tears formed , in her eyes from the stress and the pain. Her horn grew as electricity spun around her little fingers. She accidentally touched a glass shard and instantly the electrcity jumped to every other shard, millions of shard refracted the light as they all were dragged to one specific shard, joining together and cementing, the pieces, like a jigsaw puzzle, perfectly fit. All of a sudden, there was a glass on eris feet.
She didn't understand this, she then looked at her hand.. it was fine. No blood. Was this her quirk? She rarely ever used or knew, how to use her quirk.
She touched her horn, it had gotten bigger. Did this mean that the more she used it the bigger it would grow?
She tries not to think about it. She'd tell inko and wick about it when they woke up.
She grabbed the glass and poured some water from a bottle.
Eri took a long sip, and put the cup down. Slowly.
