Dominoes: The Mystery Begins...

Chapter 3 (continuation of Chapter 2)

Tora walked into her school with her friend Kiritio.

"Kirito, how was your weekend?" Tora asked to start conversation. Kirito had not spoken to her since Saturday.

Kirito remained silent, and the two walked into class. Several hours went buy and Kirito said nothing. At lunch, she walked away from the dai and into the bathroom without a sound. Tora rushed and followed her.

"Kirito?"

"Are you that dense? I have killed your friend Kirito, and it is your turn. That is what you get for meddling in our business" a robotic voice answered.

"What business?" Tora asked. "I am just a regular gymnast"

"Don't pull your spy trickery on me!" Half the government's scientists are on my side, they have knowledge on everything. You have been sent to stop me Tora Kobayashi, I cannot let that happen. Japan must go down. Everything must turn to rubble. Silence will fall. Silence must fall." The thing answered.

"You may be an over sophisticated, highly intelligent, deadly machine, but you lack the one thing I don't. The element of surprise."

Tora launched herself into the stall where the voice came from; however, she was abrubtly stopped. The robot grabbed her with its arm and launched her next to the door.

'Kirito' walked out and took off her face. A harsh blue light on a black metal surface gleamed at her. The thing took her hand off and poised it and set it in the middle of the tile floor. A red 10 appeared on it.

"Have fun in death," the robot taunted. It punched Tora in the face and ran out. Tora, dazed and confused, staggered out. And all went black.

She woke up a safe distance from the rubble. She turned and looked for her savior. All that was near her was a domino, with the numbers: 46 and 8 engraved in blood red.
