"I guess that's a mission complete, Lacuna?" My Chirithy asks, walking besides me.
"Of course! Though I have a feelin' that we'll have to come back," I sigh, putting my hands behind my head.
"Well, you helped people! And you got some Lux - defeating Heartless while you're at it," Chirithy replies, getting up on my shoulder. "It was a job well done."
I smile. "Thanks, Chirithy."We return to Daybreak Town, to find some other Vulpes wielders struggling with Heartless. They were smacking them, even using special attacks that shoot out beams of light. I join them. "Let's go, guys!" I smile, giving them all hi-fives. With all of us, we managed to tackle them, eventually defeating them.
"Nice to meet you." Their leader has said, before bolting off.
"Look at that, Chirithy! I got more Lux," I say proudly, smiling and laughing as we walk home.
Oddly, when we get there, Solivus and his Chirithy aren't around. I decide to just crash in the bed and sleep.
The next morning, it's back to Agrabah. The sandy dunes were growing familiar to me. Every day, it was the same. Beat up some Heartless. Get some Lux.
It goes on for a couple weeks.
Then, something new happens. Guards rush past me again. "There's some strange creatures! And they've got Jafar's jewels!"
I had no idea who or what a Jafar was. But I noticed the strange creatures. More Heartless. I get in front of the guards. "I got this!" I summon my Keyblade, swinging it towards the creatures. When I used a special attack, it was over for them. I picked up the jewels, and gave them back to the guards. "Here you go," I tell them. It was kind of getting boring, anyway - the Heartless were so easy to defeat.
"Ugh, Chirithy, aren't there any other worlds for me to visit?" I sigh as we walk through Daybreak Town once more. "Getting those jewels was a piece of cake, you know?"
"You should be happy that it's so easy for you!" Chirithy scolds me. "Most Keyblade wielders have it so much more difficult!"
I rub the back of my head. "I guess so. Still, besides Daybreak Town, I'm tired of just seein' sand and stuff!" I glance back at the bipedal cat. "I want something new! I've been in Agrabah for the past two weeks."
"Well, that's where Master Ava needs you," Chirithy remarks, deadpanning. "But, if you're so keen on new sights, then I suppose I can ask for you to be sent somewhere else."
"Really?" I smile. "Yes!" I fist bump the air. Finally, after a long time in a desert, I'd be able to go somewhere new.
"Only if Master Ava lets you," Chirithy reminds me.
"Riiiight," I sigh.
"I'm serious! Ava has the main choice in this matter. There's a reason why she's a Keyblade Master." Chirithy replies, jumping upward.
"I know," I say, passing the Fountain Square and hearing the water fall down, almost in a majestic manner. "But I'm still a child. I'm only like... five. I want to see the world."
"You ought to be thankful. Sometimes people don't go to new places for months."
"Well, that means that they didn't too good at getting Lux now, doesn't it?"
"Lacuna! That's mean!"
"But it's true, Chirithy." I reply, running my hand through the water of the fountain. "I may not be the best, but at the same time, I could be a lot worse."
"I suppose so. You must use more tact, Keyblade Wielder."
I turn on my heels, looking to the anthropomorphic cat. "Tact?" I repeat. Like a tactic? Mine seemed to be working out well.
