A loud sound woke Yumay up. Her body ached and her head throbbed painfully. She sits up confused before everything comes back to her, her throat tightens up while tears sting her eyes before rolling down her cheeks. The pods glass is broken and she slowly crawls out, glass shards digging into her knees but she doesn't notice nor care. She looks around the unknown place in fear. Its dark. The broken lights of the pod only giving her a little chance to see.

She's afraid, alone, and her body hurts. She starts to sob more as the pain settles in.

She reaches up to clutch her heart but her finger slides over something cold making her look down. A necklace sits on her neck, dangling down just past her collarbones. She gasps as she realizes what it is. The heart of Venus. It previously used to sit on her mother's neck, but now Yumay holds it in the palm of her hand.

"Momma.." she whimpers under her breathe, her tears turning blue from the pain, dripping down to stain her green velvet dress. It started raining, her hair getting soaked and clinging to her skin.

The ruffles of leaves catches her attention, then a bright light is shined in her eyes, the rain reflecting in it. Her hand comes up to shield her eyes as a man starts speaking.

"Put you're hands in the air!" He yells. The sky rumbles.

"What..?" Yumay mumbles in her native language, confused but knows what he said and obeys.

"Good. Now slowly, get up and turn around." He coaxes slowly. Yumay stumbles up and looks at him, twigs digging into her bare feet.

"I mean no harm!" She says in English, trying to sound as convincing as possible. Though she doubted it would work, as the situation looked really bad.

"I said turn around lady!" He yelled then reaches up to his shoulder, mumbling something into a radio his eyes still glaring at her with caution.

"I really mean no harm! My ship just landed here-" she tries to convince him but cuts herself off with a scream. A searing pain shot through her body, and she fell to the wet ground screaming and twitching. Her dress was muddy along with her arms and a part of her face.

"Get her!" Another voice was heard. The pain was too much. Yumay wasn't used to pain at all, and she could only handle so much. The emotional and physical pain had her sobbing as someone put something on her wrists then clicked it closed.

"S-stop!" She tried to say through her sobs. She was very dizzy and confused as two more people lifted her up and started walking in a random direction.

She was brought out of the woods, and onto a street. The orange lights floated into her hazy vision and she squinted when blue and red start popping up then disappearing.

A loud sound rung through her ears making her groan before she was placed on the cold, hard pavement. Multiple hands came into her vision making her flinch and try to shield herself but the motion only hurt her shoulder. She groaned again and blinked multiple times as a voice came through muffled.

"Hey! hey!" Then it started to become comprehendible, "can you hear me?"

She slowly nodded her head.

"How many fingers am I holding up?"

A blurry hand came into her vision then morphed into two fingers.

"T-two.." she mumbled. And flinched when two cold fingers touched her neck to feel her pulse.

The man gave an okay sign to the other cops and they nodded.

They picked her up and placed her into one car, her short body laying in the back seat uncomfortably.

The cops departed and two got into the front seats, one looking back at the crying girl with furrowed brows.
