~Your P.O.V~
"Come on potions isn't that bad!" (B/F/N) said, trying to convince you "But it's not like it will help me in the future" you whined as they dragged you off "But you might learn something fun!" They smiled as they opened the door, and the two of you stood behind you're desk.

"Well, students today we will be learning about amortentia. Also known as....(Miss/Mr/whatever you use) (L/N)?" Professor Slughorn called out "The love potion" you answered without a second thought, it was an easy potion to learn about yet we're still being taught "Correct, the potion will smell like whatever or whoever you love the most. So today you will be brewing it and then writing an essay on how to make it and what you smelt" he stated as the door opened, revealing Charlie who walking in and to his desk to the right of you. "Mr Weasley you're late" Slughorn said, unimpressed "I am aware" Charlie smirked, throwing his bag down "Mr Weasley it's the first day how could you possibly be late?" He sighed "No idea!" He smiled "Well, today we're making amortentia. Your classmates can inform you on what else you have to do. For now everyone can begin" Slughorn spoke before moving behind his desk.

After a while you had finally finished finished brewing the potion, the pale pink mixture shimmered in the candlelight. "What do you smell?" (B/F/N) asked after leaning over their mixture "(F/S),(S/F/S) and...the outdoors..?" That part was confusing, you liked going outside but you didn't love it..Charlie tended to smell like the outside because of how much time he spent out there...but did you love Charlie?

You had been asking that question all day, tending to be distracted in all lessons. It was now care of magical creatures and you were studying Crups, a magical dog breed resembling a Jack Russell terrier with a forked tail. It was currently running around and bouncing onto your lap trying to get you to play aaa you pet it, still distracted. "(Y/N)!" Charlie shouted "Huh?" You said, shaking your head and looking over "Yikes, I've been trying to get your attention for a minute...you okay?" He asked sincerely "Yeah, I'm fine" you smiled, shaking your hand in front of you as the crups whined, trying to reach your hand to get you to pet it. You laughed slightly and looked down, petting the dogs belly as it wagged it's tail happily "If you're sure" he hummed, before seeing his curl running off "Hey! Come back" he shouted after it, running off.

That whole conversation made you think the amortentia was right, he cared about you enough to ask if you were okay. But he probably just thought of you as a friend, seeing as that's what you were... just friends..but what if he didn't?
