-2 weeks later-
(A/N Marisa alrealdy left home)
I woke up at 4:00 am by my mom
Who was crying and shaking me trying to wake me up.Something happend.
"Mom what's wrong"I pulled her into a hug and felt butterflies not the good kind
"Your fathers plane crashed,a-and he's in the hospital and there saying he's not gonna make it"
I bursted into tears
"No mom stop joking -is this a prank mom your lieng "
"I wish I was"
I ran to mikes room and woke him up
"M-m-mike daddy's in the hospital and they said he's not gonna make it"
I bursted into tears and hugged him
And he was crying too,i walked downstairs and got angel and mike drive us to the hospital.
We went the counter "Mr.Gomez ?"
My mom said with tears
"Ahh yes he's in room 17B only 5 visitors at a time and the dog counts as one too"I nodded and pet angels fur and kept crying and crying
We walked in and saw my dad there laying on the bed lifeless.By this time I'm probably crying so hard you could freeze it and it could make a North Pole

I got my phone went to the lobby and called my only friend.Hayes.
"Pls pick up the phone"I repeatedly whispered
"Hello dani it's 4:20 in the morning what's wrong ?"
" m-m-m my dad he's in the hospital and he's not gonna make it"I said crying
"I'll be right over there what hospital is it ?"
"The one near Starbucks,and please hurry I need you here " still sobbing

Hayes P.O.V
Dani called me at 4:20 am

"The one near Starbucks,and please hurry I need you here " she still sobbing
And she said she needed me I asked nash to take me and he said yea we drove their and she ran to my arms and started sobbing
"Tell nash we'll drive you home"she said wrapping her arms around her waist still sobbing

"It's ok your dad is a strong man and he'll get through this" I pulled her into a hug, I don't know what to do she was hurting .She took me and took me to her dad's room and he laid there lifeless,he was breathing but slowly and dani stood there biting her lip.
"Hey hayes come outside with me real quick" mrs gomez took me
"Ok"
"So the doctors told me that Rick (mr gomez) has a 1 percent chance of living and dani has been taking this better than me and mike thought and we were thinking it's because of you and me and mike wanna thank you" she said hugging me
"Anytime dani is my best friend"
I cringed at the word "bestfriend"
We walked back in and everything went wrong.

Dani's P.O.V
Mom took hayes outside to talk to him.What about though ?
And if your wondering were Helen is she's at the griers
When they came back in I heard a long "beep"
Holy Shit ?! No
"Daddy" I screamed and bursted into tears
Hayes hugged me and pulled me into his chest and I kept sobbing
"Ma'am all of you need to get out only 1 person can stay"the stupid doctor said
"Mom you can stay I'll just go with mike and hayes to Starbucks"
"Ok here's 20 $ bring me back the change"
I nodded I was still crying
"Everything's gonna be alright"
He handed me a note and one to hayes too
"Who are these from ?" I said wiping my last tear
"Dad"mike simply said
"How ?When?"
"The doctor have us his brief case and found those in there"
