It was the evening party after finishing filming Silkwood. Everyone was there apart from Cher, who was still getting ready.
"Which one do you want to wear?"Georganne asked.
" I don't know! "Cher replied, running her hand over the material of the dresses.
" Just choose one already! " Her sister sighed, getting tired of it.
Cher finally decided on a black dress.

Cher made her way to the party. When she arrived, Meryl was standing outside.
"Meryl, what are you doing out here?" Cher asked.
"Waiting on you!" Meryl said.
She approached her friend & gave her a hug.
"So, how was the new boyfriend?" Meryl asked as the went inside.
"Well, he snores really loud and he almost burnt my house down while making breakfast! What about your boyfriend?" Cher said.
" Broke up due to him having an affair with his best friend's mother! "
"Oh I'm so sorry, M!" Cher said, putting her arm around her.
Meryl gave gave her a little smile to let her know she was fine.
"Wait this is a hotel, right?" Cher asked.
Meryl nodded, confused. Cher pulled her towards the stairs & went up them. Meryl went after her.
" Cher, don't! We might get in trouble! " She said.
"Big deal! Come on!"
Cher closed the door to one of the empty rooms. As soon as she did so, Meryl gave her a gentle slap with her bag.
"Why the hell did you drag me into here?"
Cher cowered away, not wanting to be hit again.
"Sorry, I wanted to have some fun!"
Meryl gave her a look & then smiled.
"Let's have fun then!" She said.
Cher relaxed a bit & then wondered what sort of fun she wanted.
"What fun do you want?" Meryl asked.
"Sex" Cher said without thinking.
She just realised what she had said & wanted to die. Why did she say that?
"Sex? You sure? Be careful what you wish for!" Meryl said.
"Why did I say that? I'm sorry!" Cher said, hiding her face in her hands.
" Honey, seriously, if that's what you want I will give it to you! " Meryl said.
Cher looked at her. "That is what I want!"
"That's what I want too! "
