I stared at the blurry greenery passing by me while listening to 'wrapped around your finger' on loop, Jake was quiet, his face emotionless not giving a hint away of where he was going to take me.
Mostly in books when this happens the couple usually goes to a secret hideout with a lake where they swim at with greenery surrounding them, but I am cold as shit and I don't want to get out of this warm car.
I mentally rolled my eyes even I am exhausted by myself how isn't JJ. After 15 minutes I think we're at the outskirts of the city, no lake in sight ,no wooden house in sight, well probably he's killing me here then.
My subconscious slaps her forehead and cuddles with her bear while giving me a finger. Mean. JJ left the car at sometime and was now knocking on my window, I raised my both eyebrows as if asking him what he wanted, he gestures to come out and with much effort I come out of the warm car.
"This better be worth it" I say to him while walking past him shurgging my jacket closer to me, well technically his jacket which I found in his car. He follows me and puts me to a stop by holding me up by my hoodie.
"Hey! Let go!" I grunted
" Stupid you don't even know the way shutup and follow me" he said taking my small hand in his large one. I pouted but nevertheless went his way, it was hard to keep up with his pace so I had to run and walk . After 5 minutes of walking I demanded what's going on his mind thinking I'll keep walking to which he ignored me.
We finally reached our destination but to my surprise it wasn't a lake surrounded by greenery or something it was a....pub?
"You brought me to a local pub?" I asked him unbelievably while eyeing the pub, it was like a vintage alcohol store, made from oakwook.
"Kinda, wait until you see inside" he answered while pulling me inside, upon going inside did I see the glory of this place, it was 80's style diner plus pub plus gaming area? Wow 3 in 1 package.
"Heya fella" came a voice from my right, an elderly man was on the other side of a bar, he was like santa but unlike want he has a cigar attached to his mouth ,he doesn't  have a beard and he was cleaning a glass not holding presents.
Jake went towards him smiling and gave him a man hug kind of thing and introduced me.
" This is my girlfriend, queen bumblebee".
I stared at him for a while processing then I walked towards the man and said " I prefer to be called by my name  which is Ella by the way, nice to meet you sir and just so you know he is not my boyfriend and he will die alone because of his own company" I said calmly smiling.
The old man, mark as he said laughed at me before whispering something in Jake's ear, and took his leave leaving us with the bartender.
" What do you want babe"
"Don't babe me jerk, can we play that music machine I always wanted to listen to it"
"First order something" JJ replied while handing me a menu.
" We just ate tho, but since you insist I'll have fries and chocolate milkshake please" I smiled at the waiter who got shy and diverted his eyes from mine, earning a hard glare from JJ.
JJ took my hand and dragged me towards the music machine and played the song.
I spotted a 8ball pool table at the end, my chance to get back at him.
" Wanna play jakey?" I asked wiggling my eyebrows.
"What do I get out of it" he asked knowingly.
" You can call me your girlfriend for a whole day and take me on a date or whatever" I smirked.
"Oh ho ho, game on angel,but what if I loose".
This is the fun part. " I get to boss you around for 24 hours" I said biting my lip to hide my sinsister smile.
