hmm.

'which song next?' konoha thought for a while. he wasn't good at making decisions. but, he settled for suntan by wallows.

he was laying on the bleachers outside at some sort of sports field, right outside of fukurodani. his outfit was plain. wearing a grey hoodie and black shorts, it was chilly outside but it was fine enough to wear it. he had white socks and white shoes on too. practice had just ended, and he thought it would've been the best to relax outside. it wasn't the nicest of day to be outside, but it was fine. the wind made a howling noise and breezed against his face, shifting tufts of his golden hair.

okay, i'll take a little time to care about you do

"i should get going.." konoha said to himself while sitting up and started strolling over to the volleyball court to say goodbye to everyone. he had already cleaned up what he needed to clean up, he would've helped more but i was too tired. dark clouds started filling the sky with a shade of a dim grey. rain started drizzling down from the clouds, he started jogging towards the building.

rain. rain was annoying. it makes the whole day seem sad.

why does the sun set baby

"hey, i would've helped more but i'm very tired. i didn't get enough sleep last night and i want to rest for tomorrow. i'll see ya later!"  konoha said trying to make a smile appear on his face, the bags under his eyes didn't help. he took of his headphones and put them around his neck so he could hear if someone would respond. konoha could hear the faint lyrics of the song.

tell me where you want it, down in the city

sarukui looked up from the broom he was sweeping with, "oh! get some rest konoha! you'll need it, we have a game on friday!"

it was wednesday. wednesday wasn't my favorite day, but it means i'm half way through the week. weekends are better,

"weekends are better." konoha said, accidentally sputtering out his thoughts.

"what?" sarukui replied confusingly. "oh! yes, the weekend is better. wednesdays are gloomy." a smile spread across sarukui's face. "you should get going konoha, it's tiring watching you be tired." sarukui sighed as he slumped his body over the broom he was holding.

you just wanna talk it all out, but i ignored your call

"thanks, seriously." konoha said with a slight smile appearing on his face. "have a good night."

"mm." sarukui hummed happily in reply.

konoha started walking towards the door way, he wanted to put his arm through first to see if there was any rain. he stopped himself before he walked home and whipped around.

 "saru-" he had already left. 

he wanted to ask him about the new kid that was coming, he was supposed to join the team today. he was a third year, like konoha.

he went back to walking towards the doorway, finally making it outside. the raindrops hit his head like pebbles, but they suddenly stopped.

something had shielded him from the rain.

yeah sorry about the cliff hanger, it just felt needed 🙄
