Quirk discription-
Quirk manifestation was her mothers quirk. Basically any quirk jessie can think of she can manifest but only for 24 hours, and she can only do one at a time. For example she could in theory manifest bakugou's quirk. But sense her body is not made for it she would get injured

Jessie was born with her mother's quirk. Her mother passed while giving birth. Jessie was named after her.
