Pierre is facing the 2019 G1 Climax winner; Tetsuya Naito in the main event match. After the bell was rang, Pierre and Naito started the match with a chained wrestling. Then, both of them went aggresive in the match. After nearly 1 hour, Pierre hits Naito with Law of Anarchist to retain his IWGP Heavyweight Championship. On the next day on New Year Dash, Pierre lead Hariz Marufuji and Guerilla of Destiny facing CHAOS; Kazuchika Okada, Yoshi-Hashi, Toru Yano and Tomohiro Ishii. The match was ended with G.O.D hits Guerilla Warfare to Yoshi-Hashi before Tama Tonga pinned him to win the match for Bullet Club. Then, suddenly, Jon Moxley making his returned to New Japan Pro Wrestling and challenged Pierre in a match at New Beginning San Francisco for the IWGP Heavyweight Championship, with Pierre accepted by hitting Moxley's face with the gold; therefore making him a heel again.
Few weeks later, they faced off in a brutal match but Pierre ended up win the match and retained his championship gold. Meanwhile, Rhys lost his NEVER Openweight Championship to Minoru Suzuki (Actually he dropped it since he will signed WWE permanently so that he can take care of his mother in Orlando since she's not really feeling well, so The Silent Wolf can't be in Japan unless for a short time only). At Sakura Genesis, Pierre defeated the New Japan Cup winner; Evil in the main event. While celebrating his win, Shinsuke Nakamura make his return to New Japan to challenge him at Wrestling Dontaku.
Few weeks after Sakura Genesis, Wyatt and Toni are getting married at Gold Coast, Australia. All their family members and friends attended their wedding reception. At Wrestling Dontaku, Pierre is celebrating his win over Nakamura when another former IWGP Heavyweight Champion; Brock Lesnar came to challenge him at Dominion. At Dominion; Pierre managed to defeat The Beast Reincarnated to retain his IWGP Heavyweight Championship while Wyatt succesfully defends his title against Juice Robinson and G.O.D also managed to retain their title against Evil and Sanada. But, Hariz failed to retain his title against his uncle; Naomichi Marufuji (He dropped that title since he wants to take some time off as he going to marry Jen Ledger. The wedding was held in Tokyo, Japan)
Meanwhile, Claudia and her teammates in New Zealand Women's National Team managed to reach the final of 2020 Summer Olympic Games in Tokyo but unfortunately, they lost to USA in the final with 2-1 to just received the silver medal. As for the rest of McMahon; Vince, Shane and Triple H was founded guilty for planning the kidnapping of Aurora, Murphy and Vaughn. Therefore, they were punished with 15 years in jail. Stephanie is back with her position as the CBO of WWE under Daikon as the new Chairman and CEO of WWE. Daikon managed to take WWE back at its prime after hiring some great writers for the creative team. As for Helena, she then making her debut in Stardom as part of Oeda Tai's members while Aurora, Murphy and Vaughn returned to USA to stay with their mother after Pierre promise them to always came and visit them.
