Disk 11:

Miner is seemingly sick, coughs a few times while trying to light the torch.
First mined stone-related blocks. Tries to light a torch due to sudden sounds, continues walking. Seemingly finds what's hunting it.
Last seconds sound like fire. Either something or someone burning, or just a missing piece of the record. The disk is broken after all.

Disk 13:

Maybe monster's FoV, bells at some parts, weird sounds. Maybe waiting for its prey while hiding?
Clock in the background, wither miners or monsters.
Why though?
Long silence before sounds pick up again, possibly in the mine again, hunting for something.

No information on identity of the miner, nor the hunter.
