Chris and I have an intense glare session at each other.

His phone rings making him break his stare on me.

"Hello...what?! Where?...I'm coming now. Bye" he says and hangs up the phone

"Everything alright Chris?" William asks pausing his conversation with Emilie

"Yakuza boys starting shit again. We need to go now. Matthiew and a few of our boys are there now." Chris huffs

Julian and William get up quickly

"Yakuza business to attend to. We'll see you tonight at the start of year party right?" William says to us

"Maybe. We'll see" Emilie says

William and Julian head back to the table where the rest of the Penetrators where seated and told them the news. Chris stayed behind at our table for a minute.

"You're invited on behalf of me Gorgeous." He says to me and winks before running out the shop with the rest of his group.

"Looks like you've caught the eye of Penetrator Chris" Leah says "but he has a girlfriend and she happens to be in my Russ bus."

"You have, and you need to be careful" Emilie says warningly

"Don't worry, I would never. What's the party tonight? Should I bother showing up?" I ask my cousins

"Yes! Absolutely, so you can meet new people. I think the one tonight is at the club that the Magnusson's own. I reckon there will be some first years you can meet and get to know. I think there's a Russ bus group called the Pepsi Max girls or something in your year level." Leah says

"Good thing I bought new clothes then" I say giggling

"We can pick you up if Uncle Oliver says you can go. If you want we can persuade him later when we got home" Emilie suggests

I nod in agreement as I eat my lunch.

"We're backkk!" Leah calls out as we burst into my house

"Hey girls, did a lot of shopping I see." My dad says when he sees our bags of shopping

His sitting on the couch in the living room with the TV on in a slightly more comfortable outfit.

Emilie and Leah give me the look as to tell me to ask about the party

"So um dad?" I ask slyly

"Yes?" He asks turning the tv down

"Can I go to a party tonight with Emilie and Leah? Please?" I ask and give him puppy dog eyes

"No. It's your first full day here. Don't you want to spend time with me?" He says

"Um uncle ollie the party doesn't start until 7 and it's only 1:00 now. So you can bond for 5 hours because she needs an hour to get ready." Leach interjects

"Also she'll be with us the whole time and it'll be a good chance for her to make friends with some people in her classes before Monday." Emilie says

My dad sighs and hesitates but says "fine, but no alcohol, boys or anything bad."

"Yes! Don't worry. Thank you" I say

"Ok so I'll come over at 6:30 to pick you up and Leah has a Russ bus meeting with her group and will go to the party with them." Emilie says

"Sounds good I'll see you then. Bye guys!" I say and we hug and they leave.

I was to excited about the party that I could focus on bonding with my dad. But all we did was tour the house and played a game of 20 questions like 5 times and played some pool in his entertainment room.
