Depression isn't to get over it, how will I know is because I have being though it may be different reasons than yours but I have been in yours shoes I know how it feelings to feel alone,unloved, and just wanting it to stop the pain and hurt you feel inside.But would you believe me that you can do things that will help you stop being depression? yes when I was sad and feeling alone I didn't know what to do until, one day I was like "uhm i hate being sad,so i am going be happy now or try to be happy" and guess what it helped me. like I have said before everyone thinks different but if my steps help you any way or didn't work out for you you can ALWAYS MESSAGE ME, cause i will be your best supporter you will ever have....I don't mind being up all night and talk with you. let's be friends?
Now here are the steps :)
1. It needs come from YOU that YOU want to be HAPPY. not someone else, from you!!!
2. Stop thinking negatives.
3. Stop with the sad songs, listening to upbeat songs.
4. Hang out with friends, Be social.
5. Stop believing that no cares or love you,Because i promise there's a lot people who cares and loves you more than you think!!!
6. Go outside, some sun will do wonder to you.
MOST IMPORTANT ONE!
7. STOP BEATING YOURSELF UP!!!, you are a work in PROGRESS, which it means you will get there a little at a time, NOT ALL AT ONCE!
