Looking in his Green Eyes (Zacky Vengeance/A7X fanfic

He looked at me with his harsh green eyes as if to say " love is a great length for me, and you know it" however he did not. His arms were limp by his sides just like mine. I hadn't a clue as to what I should do, for if I said anything I would run the risk of crying.  

It was only a week since we had met at the concert and that was purely by luck. My heart pounded a million to one knowing he could say those three words and make me happy or he could say the three words that would tear my world in two. It was make or break for us.

I stumbled through the sea of fans hoping I could catch a glimpse of my idols. I won tickets off the radio a week before the gig as I knew the songs they played. I'd been trying to see avenged sevenfold for six long years and I'd never had as much luck as this. My hand struck the metal bar that divided me from them. my heart raced with excitement because I knew it would be only a matter of minutes before they came out of the cramped venue to see the fans that screamed their names every day.  

It came as a procession, one after the other, Matt Shadows, The Rev, Jonny Christ, Synyster Gates and finally the one i had come to see, Zacky Vengeance. His name gave me the chills even though it was a stage name- I wasn't complaining. He waved to the massive crowd of fans all hoping for a chance to see them, Zacky looked at me with his stunning green eyes and said  

"Hello, thanks for coming to the show tonight. Did you enjoy it"  

My heart faltered with happiness, and I was worried that I wouldn't be able to reply. 

I stammered my reply with a simple "yeah!"  

He smiled from ear to ear with a perfect set of teeth. I let out I small giggle. 

He began talking to some of the other fans waiting at the barrier and I had the attention of syn. Zacky kept looking over to me and smiling but I couldn't keep my eyes off Syn. He is like a God and in the presence of God you cannot be rude. Jonny walked over to join his best friend in conversation with me and greeted me with a simple hello. They  talked to me for a while longer as the others had moved in to the chat along with Zacky. They all talked about their times on an off stage. I could only stand there and gawp till Zacky asked if I wanted to join them on the bus for a beer. Without even a second thought I said yes, I couldn't believe my luck. Never has anything like this happened to me before and I was not prepared to pass it up.  

Meanwhile on the tour bus the band sat round the circular table handing bottles of Budweiser to each of us, then conversation re-sparked up.

Questions came from nowhere like where do you live and where where was you born, I was asking the same back to the guys and minute by minute they began to feel closer than I expected them too. Zacky who was sat next to me was sitting so close I half expected him to be on my knee. This made my heart feel wanted. Maybe if I managed to be alone with him we could get even closer, I mean, I wouldn't actually complain if he was to sit on my knee- in fact I'd be quite honoured. A smug smile wiped across my face with the thought of him being so close to me. It was beginning to get late and I was sure my sister was going to ring me soon. 

"Um, guys? It's getting pretty late and I think my sister is going to start worrying." I said 

"I will give you a ride home if you want? I can borrow Daves car" Zacky piped up.  

Dave was the Tour Manager so he drove alone and stayed in hotels. 

"That would be great, yeah, thanks" I said calmly 

Zacky rose from the round booth to go an find Dave for his keys. 

"Thanks for a great night guys, it's been one of a kind." I wonder if I will ever see them again...
