Broken wedges and splattered paint were all over the bustling theater room. A few shattered stage lights were scattered in a corner, and a box filled with costumes was rummaged through. Boxes were stacked up on one another and lights dangled backstage. A petite young girl, with long brown locks fading to a warm gold, looked at the scene before her. Her eyes twinkling, she slid into a chair, the words "director" flashing on the very front.

It was right in time for the annual school play, and that very year, Princess Hope Adore was directing and leading the production.  This year the theme was a bit different. When in normalities the themes usually are far fetched fairy tales brought to colour on stage or important life lessons depicted by tactful characters, this time it was something completely unique.

In Royale High, everything and nothing is a wavering fairy tale , the bliss is all in the process of weaving it. This particular year to commerate the anniversary of the founding of this school, hope decided to make the play all about the history. History of how this school came to be
She did get this opportunity by endlessly flattering her teachers and complimenting every little thing they did. Sure, some of them did get sick of her sickeningly sweet attitude but they knew for a fact that hope is a capable and passionate student, fit for the role of a director. She was indeed , pretty ambitious and competent but a bit hot headed and stubborn...
Not to mention,, demanding...

"GET TO WORK YOU FOOL, STOP DAYDREAMING!"
Hope yelled at a young nymph who seemed to be lost in his own thoughts.
But that yell made him quickly snap back, Hope has her ways of making things work.

"HUH!! Yes, Hope! On it"

Starxy, a friend of hope's and a skilled young wizard, snickered at the scene before him. Hope telling of another student is truly a sight not to miss.

Starxy shook his head and chuckled slightly. "Hope what the heck are you doing?"

Hope shot him a glare "Only trying to be the best director for MY PLAY"

"Firstly that isn't ONLY YOUR PLAY. And secondly, you can never top me"

Hope giggled "Never top you? Star the play you directed three years ago was a huge flop"
"Remember the terrible lighting plans, unfinished scripts, and the actors weren't prepared with their lines! I couldn't believe you would mess up such a thing, big time."

Starxy blushed a bright red. "We aren't talking about that. Now show me your script"

"So you're not denying it." Hope snickered, as she hands over bundles of pinned paper. The title of that particular production flashed on the front page with a glimmering gold "

With swirls of blue magic, Starxy traced the entire script for clumsy errors, 'Hope adore' errors. After skimming through, all he did was smile. "Not bad hope."

Hopes eyes enlarged, almost bulging out. "You? Complimenting me? Oh the wonders, it's going to storm today!"
The wizard shot her a cold state "Don't take it as a compliment" leading to peals of uncontrollable laughter.

The wizard and the princess twirled around to hear the footsteps of another. A tall young lady, with blonde strands of hair and dazzling blue eyes walked down the staircase backstage of the theater room. She was armored with a golden sword and shone with Crindonian flair.
