Chapter 24 - Time together

Clari finally calmed down and believed me which makes me really happy. I'm glad she finally sees that I'm not talking into the air, but saying the truth.

I love her more than anything and I'll make sure to show her whenever I can.

As now we're working together in this show which will only last a month I can't be happier as the time while practising we're having so much fun, even though our "trainer" doesn't really appreciate it sometimes.

- Clari... Would you like to come with me for dinner? - I asked her one afternoon when we were taking a break from practising.

Oh, Dominguez is away for 2 months which I really don't understand, but I don't want to either as I have so much time to be with Clari atleast.

- Yeah, sure - she nodded - Having you with me is always good - she added with a smile which made me smile too.

- I'm glad you think so - I said as I hugged her - But let me ask you something...

- Hm? What is it?

- Why is that Diego is always away and doesn't take you with him? I mean... I mean you two are together... If you'd be my girlfriend I'd make sure to take you with me wherever I can...

What the hell did I just say?!

The truth to be honest. Because I don't understand why Dominguez never takes her with him wherever he goes. I don't think he has any reason to leave her behind at home.

- I... I don't know... He told me that it's some business thing with a friend and it wouldn't interest me much... - she replied hesitantly, but she was blushing too probably from what I just said.

- Yeah, of course.... - I groaned quietly - Then you'll have to spend the whole day with me and don't you dare say no to this wonderful offer! - I said jokingly.

- I wasn't going to - she laughed - I'd love to spend the day with you!

- Oh! Well then... - I grinned as I pulled her closer, but I touched her a but lower than I supposed to. And do I feel bad? Not at all... Mostly when I saw Clari blushing by that - How about we continue practising for a bit more then we go for a walk?

- Hm... Sounds nice - she smiled as she was still blushing, but surprisingly she didn't say a word and removing my hand from her butt, or something like that.

Later on we went for a walk and she decided to get her dog too so it was the three of us on the walk.

I swear that little buddy is so adorable... Just like his owner.

- You know I'm so greatful to you, Diego... - said Clari after a while of walking in silent. It wasn't an awkward silent, but a nice silent where we were just enjoying each others company.

- Huh? Why are you greatful? - I gasped as I wasn't expecting her to speak up now.

- For you to be with me whenever I need you the most... And whenever I'm alone...

- I told you what I feel about you before, didn't I?

- Yeah... Yeah, you did...

- I'm keeping my promise that I'll be here for you whenever you need... - I said while smiling at her, but yet it still felt awfully bad that she doesn't care about me the way I do care about her.

- You're one of the nicest person I've ever known in my life - she mumbled - And I really do love you for that...

- Clari... - I sighed - No need to say things to me just to make me feel better...

- I'm not saying things like this when I don't think seriously!

This made me smile.

- Thank you - I smiled a bit as I kissed her head.
