I open my eyes and its morning already. I look down to see Archie snuggled up next to me. I smile before moving his arm gently off my waist.

I slowly climb out of bed, trying not to wake him. I look across the room for my clothes and change into them before Archie woke up.
I walk into the bathroom fix my hair and try covering up my bruised eye with makeup. After a while, I managed to make myself look less like I was run over by a truck.
I quickly grab my things but before I left I wrote a note for Arch.
Sorry, I didn't want to wake you. Thank you for everything. I'll be at V's.

I leave the note by his bed and kiss his cheek softly before slipping out of his room.
As I walk down the staircase, Mr. Andrews walks in through the front door.
Mr. Andrews-(chuckles) Uh, Morning?
Maria- Oh, Morning Mr. Andrews.

He smiles before I let myself out. I breathe in a sigh of relief before calling Veronica to come to get me. Luckily she was on her way already so I only waited for her a little bit.
