Return to Neverland: OUAT

Introduction

Jane's limbs felt numb. Every ounce of energy had been drained from her body. She leaned against a tree and groaned in pain. She slowed her breath down in attempt to calm herself.

It didn't work of course, how could anyone be calm in this situation? Jane was stuck on Neverland with no hopes of escaping and it was all her fault.

Jane rubbed her hand over her dirt covered face. She slid down the side of the tree and sat down on its roots. A few stray tears ran down her face. She had to get away from Pan. She didn't have a plan but she knew that if she wanted to live another day, she would have to keep running.

She picked her self up and stood up against the tree. A strike of pain shot from her wrist and spread through out her body. She held in a scream and grasped her wounded arm in pain. She looked around and decided to keep moving.

"Running wont do you any good."

His voice rang out through the woods. There wasn't a sound. Not a single bird or bug dared to make a noise.

Jane didn't turn around. She couldn't stand to face him again. She knew she had to be strong but at that exact moment she wish she could crumble into a small ball.

He slowly made his way over to Jane. As much as she wanted to, she couldn't seem to run. Something was holding her in the position she stood in. Damn magic Jane thought.

Pan stood behind Jane and leaned over to her ear. He was so close Jane could feel him breathing down her neck.

"You can never run from me darling, I'll always find you." Though Jane couldn't see his face, she could hear him smiling his sick smile through his tone of voice. "Is that a threat?" Jane scoffed.

Pan's voice grew to a whisper. "No love, its a promise".

Note: Hi :)! Welcome to my first story! I've loved OUAT for MANY years and I honestly was never happy with how the killed off Pan's character. I also didn't like how they never gave him a happy ending, because EVERYONE deserves a happy ending, right? IDK but I'm really exited to share this story with you!
