FRANKS POV:

I make some tea as Y/N sits outside. While the kettle is brewing, I look out of the window. She has her arms crossed close to her chest and she's staring intensely at the ground. I sigh and check on the tea. Why hasn't she told me what's wrong yet? I can probably help...Maybe she doesn't want my help. Maybe she just thinks I'm some deranged guy wearing a creepy mask. I sigh and pour a cup of tea. I take it outside and approach her slowly.

"Y/N. I made some tea. Would you like some?" She continues to stare silently, as if she doesn't know that I'm here. I catch a glimpse of her face. Her eyes are red and tired and her face is wet with tears. My heart yearns to know what's wrong. I hate seeing her like this.

After a few minutes of trying to talk to her, I give up and retreat to the warmth of my home. It is kinda cold...I fetch a blanket from my closet and bring it outside. I pull it around her. I hesitate, but give her a quick hug before I return inside.

YOUR POV:

As the day comes to an end, I feel my eyes become more and more heavy with the second. I fight my thoughts and find the strength to stand. I walk inside, and to my surprise, the house was seemingly empty.

"Frank?" I call out, quieter than I had intended. I search the house, but I can't find him. My stomach turns, and I feel my heart race. Where is he? I research the house and then run outside.

"Frank!" I repeat. I circle the outside of the house.

"Yes?" His voice creeps up on me, and I scream and turn around. Did he follow me to the backyard? Where was he?

"Frank...You shouldn't sneak up on people like that." I say, sternly. He pulls his hands behind his back awkwardly, as if he's hiding something from me.

"Sorry, Y/N, I didn't mean to scare you."

"You didn't scare me!" I say, feeling the redness cover my cheeks. He probably thinks I'm some kind of scaredy-cat... "Hey, what's that?" I gesture towards his hands, still hiding behind his back.

"Nothing!" He says quickly, moving one hand in front of him as if to show me nothing was there. I see right past his horrible lie, and furrow my brows.

"Really?"

"Yeah, nothing. I swear."

"Show me your other hand then." I say, smirking. His eyes dart around, looking for some kind of excuse to use. I cross my arms and he sighs, removing his hand from behind him. He's holding a shopping bag. He extends it out to me, and I grab it.

"I saw that you were sad, and I mean, you can't just wear my stuff all of the time, so I went out to the store and bought you some, uh, clothes. It's stupid, I know." He mumbles, shuffling awkwardly. I pull out an article of clothing and examine it. It's a (Idk just imagine something cute that you'd like to wear lol). I blush and return it to the bag. Frank stands up straight quickly.

"You didn't-" I start, but he interrupts me.

"I'll return it if you don't like it! I'm sorry, I don't really know what you like, and I just wanted to cheer you up. If you want, you can pick something else ou-" I throw my arms around his neck, pulling him into a hug. He hesitates for a moment, but hugs back.

"Thank you." I whisper softly into his ear.

FRANKS POV:

"Thank you." She whispers into my ear. I pull her closer and take in this moment. I still don't know what happened, but she seems less upset, and I'm glad I helped her.
