When Ben Met Lily

Part 5

Ben's P.O.V

I can't believe it, me and Lily had our first kiss! I was surprised when she asked about my feelings towards her and when she kissed my cheek, it felt like magic. We kept kissing for another minute and continued dancing. Just being with Lily, I felt that we belong together. I thought for a moment to ask her out but then our alarm rang and we only had 15 minutes to go to Mr. Smoothy's. We went back to Argit's place to change back to our disguises and he sent us back to Bellwood. I texted Gwen to see if she was at Mr. Smoothy's and she texted back saying that her and Kevin just arrived. It took us 10 minutes to get there and when we got there, we were only spotted by Gwen, Kevin, and Lily's bandmates. Gwen and Kevin dressed up as two students from a prep school, Beck was a butler, Henry was Virgil from Thomas Sanders (He told me that Dylan picked out his costume. Figures because both Henry and Dylan love Thomas like Lily), Sora was a newspaper press, and Harry was Shaggy from Scooby Doo. After we ordered our smoothies, me and Lily told the whole story of what happened before we went to Undertown.

"Wow, who knew our fans would do that to you Ben. Did they ask where we were?"

"No Beck. They only screamed "OMG! IT'S LILY STYLES AND BEN TENNYSON JUST ASKED HER OUT ON A DATE! AAAHHH!" and started chasing us."

"Wow. Then what happened? What happened with Thunderpig? I didn't read Jimmy's blog since everyone kept asking me why you two were with each other."

"We just heard an explosion, went to see what happened, saw Thunderpig threatening Pakmar, Ben changed to Pesky Dust and got punched, I almost knocked out Thunderpig, broke his flail, and Ben put him to sleep."

"Who knew Tennyson would get help from his favorite celebrity."

After Kevin said that, I felt my face turned red and Gwen saw me. She turned to Kevin and slapped him.

"Why did you do that for?"

"You know why. I get it you two are best friends but it doesn't give you the right to embarrass him right in front of his favorite band."

"Okay, jeez. Sorry Ben."

I don't know why Gwen would do that, she would never had done that when we were kids. While we were having smoothies, Lily and I kept looking around to see if we weren't being noticed.  I asked Lily if I could talk to her alone and she said "Sure." We went to another table so they won't hear us. After looking at Lily, I looked at the ground and she figured something was wrong.

"What's wrong Ben?"

"Nothing. Nothing's wrong."

"Ben, I know you are lying. That's the same look I had when I told you about my grandma. Are you okay?"

"I'm fine, it's just..."

"It's just what?"

"Should we tell them about the kiss we had back at the dance club?" Lily started blushing when I asked her that.

"Um, I don't know. What would you think they would say?"

"That's what I'm worrying about. I don't know what they'll say. I think they'll say we just met and already are kissing?! I don't know what to do."

"I think we should give it some time and when we are ready, we'll tell them, okay Ben?"

"Okay Lily." I kissed her on the cheek and we went back to the table. Soon, Henry's phone was ringing. He answered the phone and after a quick call...

"That was our manager. He said that we have to go to the hotel because we have to wake up early tomorrow for sound check but we would be free for the rest of the day since our concert's in two days. We'll meet you guys here after we're done tomorrow okay?"
