San's alarm clock sounded at 9:00 AM the next morning. Happiness rushed through him from head to toes as he realised what day it was. He took a boiling hot shower and brushed his teeth smiling widely in the bathroom mirror.

He decided to rush by the cafe he usually does every morning before going grocery shopping. Until San noticed his maibox was full. He usually dreads opening it, always being full of bills he couldn't pay. Never anything quite interesting, but maybe a spark of facisnation would pique today.

San took the key he was fidegting with and put it the slot to the box. The usual bills, but one stood out from the rest. A letter. A coffee stain littered the bottom corner. The ink was smudged. Classy.

It was from Jung Wooyoung. San didn't recognize the name. Should I even open it?  He worried if there could be something dangerous inside, but San threw that thought away and halted my trip to go back inside to open it. San went up to the apartment and realised he had never locked the door. Maybe this was a good thing after all.

The name on the envelope wasn't San's, but whoever jung wooyoung was, he should have been more carful with who he sent it to if he didn't want him to open it.

As soon as he tore the paper a wave of guilt washed over him. The letter was to his dad asking if he still cared about him and wanted to see him.

The envolope also contained two photos. One of a little boy and an older man on a small boat. The other a grown man I would assume to be Wooyoung now. He looked like his age would be close to san's.

San found him very beautiful, almost feel like he could recognize him from somewhere.

San knew he should have sent it back with a kind note instead of being careless. He felt as though he was intruding on the stangers life. He was.

San grabbed a peice of paper from the drawer and a pen still dumbfounded by his actions.

He wrote:

Dear Mr. Jung
I'm writing you to let you know I have recieved a letter you have written. Perhaps a mistake in adress? I have also swnt that back to you. I hope both finds you in good health.

After San dropped both letters off he started his walk to the usual café. He ordered a chocolate chip muffin and extra large hot coffee, vanilla flavor. The workers knew his favorites by heart.

He loved the sensation of how the coffee burned his tongue, leaving a tingle on it's way down.

He took a seat and scrolled through his phone for a bit. And finally decided he should be an adult and not procrastinate.

He went to the grocery store to pick up some necessities and some makeup San was running out of. He didn't bother to go to real makeup stores because it all looks the same anyway, and he really didn't have the money.

The day came and past and San sat bored in his darkened room feeling like something was missing. Again. Just like every night.

The bed was too big, too cold. He had only shiber beside me. All of his friends had partners, san is the only one alone. And it's one of his biggest insecurities.

They've all been one big group since elementary school. Exept for Hongjoong when he moved during highschool and had grown fond of seongwha. It still hasn't faded

The morning finally came and San put on one of his favorite outfits. It was simple but it looked good on him. Black jeans that griped his thighs nicely, paired with a belt that had a gold buckle. A black sweater and gold glasses that were fake.

He turned on some music in his airpods as he finished getting ready and started to make breakfast.
He forced himself to eat even though he wasn't very hungry. His appetite gone probably because of his emotions.

San heard a knock on the door, it was Seonhwha, Hongjoong and Mingi. Of course Hongjoongs fingers laced in with Seonghwa's.

San was jelous, yes. Not of one particular person, but the intamacy in general. They stepped inside and started to play mario kart on his TV while san started to make breakfast for the rest of them.

San snickered quietly when he heard Hongjoong yelling at Mingi for winning again. He never likes losing and takes their games quite seriously. Everyone finds it cute how he acts like a child.

Yunho and Jongho showing up seperately a only few minutes later joining in their fun and yelling at Mingi, and him yelling back.

San doesn't care if he gets a noise complaint because he adores how it's like old times together.

They all left the house taking two seperate cars and headed on the way to the fair.

They had a great day together, everyone laughing at Seonghwa's girl-ish scream on all the rides.

San gave in to Yunho's pout and got him all the candy he wanted despite it being before dinner.

The team almost got kicked out of the resteraunt for being too 'loud and obnoxious',  but San payed extra to stay.

Everyone went home and the night was great. For once San could sleep easier, knowing he wasn't actually as lonely as his conscience made him seen.

Pleasant dreams filled his mind that night.
