"Maybe you should take a break from this. I know lately the pressure is too much to handle. I'll personally deal with this project. You take rest Jill. Come back when you have a zeal to continue your job", you said Jill. "I'm sorry Mam, I.. ", Jill started to mumble. You cut her off saying "Look this is no punishment. I'm not going to suspend you, you're going to be in absence without loss of pay for a month or more if you need. Take a break. I want my work friends to have an peaceful amusing environment to work in. We can wait till you're back". You hugged her, she hugged you back with tears in her eyes.
